Am I a candidate for jaw surgery? (Photo)

I'm a 23 year old black male and I was wondering if i'm a candidate for jaw surgery. I evidently have a deepbite and a narrow upper palate. Poor symmetry and lip incompetence. Attached are xray pictures.
