Fat loss on forehead and temple - I don't want filler in the high risk area. What else could work? (photos)

I have had some fat loss in the last couple of years du to aging but also due to hifu treatment. I have visible line on my forehead where I don't have any left and my forehead therefore looks bumpy. Tried to have it filled with filler a while go but the result was super bumpy. A few weeks ago I had some Pdo threads to stretch the skin so the fat loss is less visible. However i am wondering what other treatments there? Does a r injection carry the same risk than a dermal filler?

Hi Na, Best to ask your injector as they know where and how of the Sculptra was placed. At 3 months after the treatment, what is there is usually your own collagen and connective tissue. You are now a full correction and likely will not need any further maintenance for 2 to 5 years. Good luck...

Sculptra is a wonderful filler as long as it’s indicated and it’s used properly. To begin with, no aesthetician should ever inject Sculptra. Sculptra should only be injected by a plastic surgeon or a nurse practitioner working under a plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck from New Yor...
