You have a nice result and will be experiencing swelling for some time, all bra manufacturers are different so it is difficult to say whether you will have a D or C but the most important thing is that they look correct on your body type which I expect you will.
Thanks for your pic and ? It looks like your implant fits your chest. I think you will have a good result. Given your size and implant size this seems to be proportionate. Ultimately the bra size will be the one that fits the best. Regardless of whether it says C, D or DD the most important thing is that the implant fits on your chest wall without being too wide. Best of Luck and congrats!
Congratulation they look very nice, In my experience it could be possible end up with a D cup. You would need to wait till the drop and swelling to go down. Best luck to you.

The only way to know is for you to try bras on after your swelling has gone down. However, as you know, bras all fit differently based on manufacturer and style so a C/D cup is very possible based on what you buy.

It is too early to see the final result. Each breast will settle a bit differently so give it time to settle down.
