I had lipo on my stomach 2 years ago. I still feel flabby and the Dr. said it was loose skin and suggested Venus legacy. Is it loose skin or to much fat left behind? If it is lose skin would the Venus legacy be worth it or a waste of my money?

Answer: Venus legacy for my stomach It is difficult to make a good assessment just looking at your pictures. Since you already had liposuction I recommend you try a treatment that is not invasive. In my practice I use Venus legacy to achieve exactly what you might need; a tighter and toned skin. This is my prescription for good results with Venus Legacy: You need a very skilled and well trained provider since reaching the right temperature during the session is very important for optimal results. You need at least 10 or 12 sessions. Good luck.

Answer: Venus Legacy for loose skin Thank you for your question and posting your photos. It is difficult to make an accurate assessment without seeing you in person. The cause for your concern is not obvious in the pictures as it is difficult to see significant skin laxity and the degree of fat remaining must be physically assessed. Venus Legacy is a device that uses radio-frequency and magnetic energy combined with suction to heat the tissue to a degree that it promotes collagen production. Response is variable from patient to patient so I cannot say whether this would benefit you.A couple other options to consider are BodyTite by InMode and ThermiTight. These devices use a probe that is inserted beneath the skin following tumescent liposuction. They both use RF energy to destroy fat cells and tighten the skin. Sub-dermal temperatures can be raised quite a bit higher to give a more predictable tightening effect. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
