I'm a 19 year old male, I dont feel confident about the size of my big lips. What options do I have? (photo)

My upper and lower lip are rather thick and big, and when I talk, they often thrust beyond the tip of my nose. I am asian, and I dont think this is a normal appearance of asian people's mouth because they usually have thin lips. Should I keep them the way they are or there are any options for me?
