13 days post op Breast Augmentation, sudden potential muscle tense or implant moved, or maybe normal?

Breast aug 13 days ago. My breasts have been fine, typical itchy, muscle spasm,today i noticed the top part of my left breast is firm, (feels like the muscles are all tensed or maybe implant has moved?) a tiny bit tender. Finding it hard to sleep on my back all night, so rolled onto my side for a while, wearing the post op bra. I have 400cc silicone, high profile, dual plane. Breasts dont look out of shape at all, but the spot is slightly warm, Reassurance or suggestions very appreciated! Tara

Your breasts appear to not be affected by any abnormality, and if you are getting your period consistently, then I don't think you should be worried about being "underdeveloped". You may just have small breasts. However, you should talk to your GP to find out if there are any issues. Your...

I'm a police officer and would like to have breast augmentation. How much time can I expect to be on light duty?

I use a One Day Recovery technique but I tell all patients to hold off on strenuous activity for at least 3 weeks. Same for police officers returning to full duty. That said, I have had police officers return to full duty as early as the next day, although I do not recommend it.

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised).Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Breast augmentation will always leave a scar, even if you don't experience complications. However, scarring can be controlled with things like silicone sheeting and silicone gels, which can be used after the incision closes and the steristrips fall off. There should be no crusting or scabbing...

Is 500cc moderate plus profile a fairly large implant? I'm 5'5", 139 lbs, originally a B cup, would that put me in the D range?

Yes, 500cc is a big implant. It should get you into the D range unless you have a very wide chest and very small breasts. it sounds like your surgeon is being aggressive but responsible with the selection of size.
