What is wrong with my face? Why is one side droopier than the other? (Photo)

Question

My face is not balanced at all. And realizing this comes with a lot of insecurity and embarrassment. I feel like when I'm in public, people know that it's uneven and it makes me uncomfortable. The worst part for me is just the way it feels. I can feel the unevenness in my face. I can feel how one eye is lower than the other and how my left life droops. Please help! What can I do to fix this?

Please take a look at the link below.  It is not my website.  I want you to take a look at some famous people and their facial asymmetry - which you never noticed.There is nothing abnormal about your face.  Please stop stressing over it.  Nobody else sees it the way you do.  Relax.

Thank you for your picture. Everyone has asymmetry. You do have a mild symmetry. I would recommend evaluation by a facial plastic surgery or a plastic surgeon to see if any treatment modalities would be beneficial.

Facial asymmetry is normal, and at least in the photos you post, it appears that it is within normal limits.  Sometimes fillers can balance the asymmetry of the soft tissue.  Good luck

It appears that your left cheek volume is less than the right side. This is accentuating a problem with your eye and frown line on the left side. I see this in a lot of my patients. I have used Sculptra to improve cheek volume in a natural way to solve this problem. I would advise you to see a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in using Sculptra. Good luck!
