Options for uneven brow lift - Will massage or Botox help?

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. If your brow symmetry was addressed during your lift procedure, it may have been found that a difference in the eye sockets was the cause, though absolute symmetry can still be difficult to achieve.

I think the answer to your question will in large part depend on the time period that has elapsed since the brow lift was performed and which method was used to perform the brow lift. If it has been a while than Botox in the orbicularis muscle on the lower brow side and Botox to the frontalis muscle on the high brow side will even out the brow. If it has only been a short while then massage may be of benefit to the brow that is more elevated.

Hi there! For uneven brows, there are options. As you mentioned, massaging and time can help to "relax" the higher side. Botox can be used to create symmetry again by relaxing a side which may be too high to match the other side. Changes from a brow lift can take months to improve.
