I Really Appreciated Her Attention To Detail - Meticulous!

Recently had the diamond facial with ting. Let me start by saying I am a very fussy customer … and with ting I really felt that she was so meticulous and went over several spots on my face many times to make sure it was perfect. I really appreciated her attention to detail, so many places go through the motions but don’t take the time to customize to their clients in this way. Thank you Trifecta medical spa!

Friendly Staff, Amazing Injector!

I’ve been going there for a while now, everyone is so friendly: from the girls at the front desk to the injector. Julia is the BEST! Love her, doesn’t make me feel judged because of my age. Everything she’s done on my face looks extremely natural. I don’t let anyone touch my face but her.

Extremely Painful but Totally Worth It

For me, coolsculpting works as wonder. I had my upper stomach done first and saw the result in only 6 weeks. So I decided to have another treatment on my love handle. But let me warm u, coolsculpting really hurts like hell!! After they removed the handle, my blood pressure drops intensely that I was dizzy and almost vomitted. The pain started at Day 4. I have to take gabapentin otherwise I could not sleep in night. Unlike liposuction (yeah I also have tried that), cool sculpting pain is from inside and harder to tolerate (I consider myself have high tolerate to pain cause I don't even feel the pain when I gave birth). More like a constantly pinch and sting and felt like something is broken inside. The pain will wear off in day 10. But then, the tickling kicks in lol. Very itchy from inside. The massage helped a little but still, not comfortable. Thank god it only lasts for like 3 or 4 days. I'm so glad to see the results that I am willing to do more treatment even it is painful and uncomfortable. But I also may switch to sculptsure bc I've heard that it feels more comfortable. I just want to warm u guys that the recovery from cool sculpting could be hard. Hope less people are experiencing the pain like I did. Updated on 17 Aug 2016: I had 3 treatments in total, two on abdominal area and one on stomach. The first one on stomach was very effective. But the other 2 is not as dramatic as the first one. I know it's only been 2 month for the left abdomen, maybe I should wait longer? Besides, for the right abdomen, I tried the new coolsculpting technology, which provides shorter treatment time and less uncomfortable. Like I said, the first two treatment is unbearable painful, but the new handle somehow eased the recovery nerve pain. I just hope they are both effective.

53 Years Old, Slender but with Tummy - New York

I've always been active and slender (5'7", 124#), but had put on an innertube of flab around my middle after menopause. I'd have been sort of ok with that, but my work clothes didn't fit anymore. Even more disconcerting - I could feel the fat shaking when I walked. I decided to give Coolscuplting a try. I had four applications - one on each flank, and two small ones on the front of my lower abdomen. Don't let anyone tell you that it is painless. The flanks were manageable (at first it felt like a mammogram machine, then went numb after about 10 minutes), but the belly was not. I literally started to faint from the pain about 5 minutes after they put on the first applicator. They had to stop the treatment, give me pain meds, wait and start again. Anyway, after everything was done, the pain was over (for then...). I went back to work, worked out the next day, all good. I had bruising on my flanks (see photos) and some soreness, but I didn't even need an ibuprofen. About 5 days in, the bruising was almost gone, but a "crampy" feeling started. It was very similar to bad menstrual cramps, except they lasted for about a week, and were constant. Ibuprofen didn't help, and it was sometimes difficult to sleep. But I could still work out and carry on my daily activities - I was just annoyed. After that, no pain....So all that said, would I do it again? Yes, absolutely. My clothes fit again, and I no longer feel fat jiggling on my sides when I walk. The photos below are from the day after the procedure, a couple of weeks in, and 4 weeks later. Am hoping that the results will be even more pronounced at the 3-month mark. Will update. Updated on 13 Apr 2016: Updated on 26 Apr 2016: Still seem to be making progress. Would do it again!

28 Years Old, Coolsculpting on Hereditary Double Chin. New York, NY

I've never been overweight but starting in high school I developed a slight double chin that will not go away no matter how thin I am. I found out about Coolsculpting a few weeks ago and decided it looked like a good option, particularly with the minimal recovery time. I went in for a consultation at Trifecta Med Spa and they determined I was a good candidate but would probably need two sessions. They give a 20% discount if you do two treatments and I figure I will probably need two, so I purchased them and had my first session yesterday. I was worried about bruising since I tend to bruise easily so I took arnica tablets the day before and the day of to try to help prevent it from getting too bad. The prep process was easy, just involved her tracing the outline for the suction piece, a numbing wipe, and then 10 minutes of some kind of skin protecting gel. My technician first had me in a sitting position and when she applied the suction piece it felt pretty uncomfortable and kept falling off any time I swallowed. She tried a number of different angles and after a while was starting to worry that I didn't have enough fat on the sides of my chin for it to adhere properly, but she finally tried putting me in a laying down position and although it was less comfortable than sitting, it finally stayed in place! The cooling starts off slowly so it's not a sudden rush of discomfort, and I never really felt that uncomfortable from the temperature at all, though it did get numb after about 10 minutes. Once the hour was up, the technician came back in and massaged the area for 2 minutes. It definitely felt tender but not terribly painful, it was mostly a pins and needles sensation from the sudden warmth and the blood coming back into the area. She applied some arnica gel, and then I could go home. The area was very red, but luckily I only ended up with one slight "hickey" type bruise on one side of my neck that wasn't very noticeable. The redness went away after about an hour, and I was able to cover up the bruise area pretty well with just a bit of concealer. Now it's day 2, and I really don't have any pain at all unless I poke the area directly or tilt my head significantly upward. I have an appointment for the second session 6 weeks from now, I'm hoping I'll already see some results by then! Updated on 8 Apr 2016: Here are some "before" photos Updated on 8 Apr 2016: I just finished my second coolsculpting session (it was recommended that I do two), and my experience was very similar to the first, in terms of what happened/how it felt. With 6 weeks having passed since my first session, I don't see any dramatic difference, but in the last week or so I have noticed that my double chin area feels a bit smaller. At the four week mark I didn't feel like there was any difference at all so I was feeling a bit skeptical, but now that I'm starting to see the first hints of results I'm much more hopeful. I don't think there is a visual difference perceptible to anyone but me probably so I don't have good photo evidence, but I do feel a slight difference. I'm hoping this second round and waiting for the full results for the first session will make a bigger improvement. It's hard to rate the effectiveness at this point, so for right now I would say that if there are no further improvements from what I see now, it wouldn't be worth the money, but if it continues to shrink over the next 1-2 months, it will be very worth it. I'll post another update once more time has gone by!

They are not professionals

I think Trifecta Med spa somehow managed to delete my first review that’s why I’m reviewing this place again. Tear Trough Fillers!! I usually don’t Review But you have to know my experience before you visit Trifecta So I visited this place less than a year ago. They were really good at talking - staff was nice and patient - after that I met Valentina Hadland (The Nurse - also it’s my fault that I didn’t research enough before going to The Nurse Valentina) You Must Know (When i met her i was 27yrs old and now I’m 28) However, she Convinced me to go for VOLUMA filler and not for Restylane (Also, I didn’t know that VOLUMA is not for Tear Trough). anyway, I spent more then 1000$ for VOLUMA. A week later I felt my face was tooo heavy - I mean my face look big so I called at the clinic asked them if I can meet Valentina and very next day I was in the clinic trying to understand what’s going on. Nurse Valentina suggested me to go for another syringe of Restylane. So I did (how stupid of me haha) and spent some more around 700$ Or something. Two weeks later I didn’t know what happed to my face. I’am a working Model and Actor - I started to loose my jobs and I had to move back to my country to fix my face . However, when I came back to Newyork I made an appointment to meet the Doctor (not the Nurse) to address my issues because I was pissed .. This time I go in and the front desk starts to say - no no no Valentina is great and you know what you look the same, you still look so pretty OMG!!! —- And I was like .. YES OMG!!! I came for Tear Trough fillers and your Nurse Valentine performed the procedure on my cheeks OMG!!!! Also, I met Rosalie Curreri, who totally refused to do anything on my face because she New that Valentina had done her job tooo nicely. I look dull and tired after taking reversible injections. It’s been about 5 months that me and my new doctor (from NewYork) been trying to fix asymmetry but it’s hard, so I’am Trying to get the history chart from Trifecta spa so that my new MD can see and hopefully he’ll be able to fix my issues. Let’s see if Trifecta shares the History chart or not!!!!!!

29, No Kids, Inner Thighs and Lower Stomach - New York, NY

I am getting married next year and starting my wedding preparation as I plan to get married on the beach and want to be in the best shape of my life. My biggest area of concern are my thighs. Although I am not extremely concerned about my stomach (as I tend to flatten it when I loose weight) I've never been able to fully remove the lower belly fat. I have not started a eating/workout plan yet so I am hoping to jump start it with this procedure on my inner thighs and lower belly. I was told I may want to do the procedure a second time for my inner thighs. I will try my best to add pictures and update you all on my progress. Fingers crossed I have very high hopes for this procedure! Updated on 19 Apr 2016: I am currently having the procedure performed. It's u comfortable at first but then you get used to it. Since I am using 2 small applicators for the stomach and each inner thighs I'll be here for 2 hours (rotating each side). I didn't eat lunch today so I brought food with me to eat and am now watching tv and trying to relax. Wish I had taken before pictures. I'll make sure to take after ones atleast to chart my progress. I was warned of bruising and swelling for up to 2 weeks. Hopefully it won't be too bad. I was told that most people see a difference in 3 months but could take up to 6 for full results. I also haven't started my work out and eating routine so I'm using this to jump start it. I neglected to mention before I'm about 5 feet and 120 lbs. I also might come back in a month and a half to treat the inner thighs a second time. I'll make sure to post in the next few days! Updated on 23 Apr 2016: It's been a few days post the procedure. Wanted to say that everything you hear about the procedure being uncomfortable and painful is true with especially concerning the lower belly. There are times where it's the worst e.g the first 10 min when the machine is first placed on and the massage after. The machine is on the area for 10 minutes and each side is done separately so your there for 2 hours. It helped that I was distracted by eating, watching tv and texting. I wasn't able to rest and relax though. I'm happy to admit that I didn't bruise at all post the procedure just was red immediately after. However both my inner thighs and belly feel tender especially the belly and my belly is bloated. I hope the bloating goes down soon on my belly and I don't think my inner thighs look any different. I go back in a month and a half for my checkup and to get my inner thighs done a 2nd time. Sorry I haven't gotten around to posing pics yet I promise I will post soon. I really hope this works and was worth the pain and discomfort I am putting myself through! Also wanted to add Im going away next month so I really hope the bloating goes down and there is improvement before my trip atleast in the belly region! Fingers crossed!
