Ysette is amazing! Been coming to her for my botox and lip fillers for the past year. She has the best bedside manner and always so flattering. She's gives realistic advice on what to expect and listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. Always love my results, will keep coming back for my regular maintenance.
The best place in El Paso, excellent service, excellent results, all the very friendly and professional staff know how to listen to each other's needs and give you the best recommendations. I love the spa, clean, spacious and modern facilities with many services.
Marissa and staff are amazing. They are able to book the appointment and get you seen asap. Love the consultation. Marissa really tries to understand what I wanted and executes perfectly. I have gone there over the past few years and always amazing. Thank you
I had my nose done on 6/1/2020. I was referred by a friend when I was mentioning I hated my nose. It was big, it had a bump from an accident, and a big tip & nostrils. I continued to search for surgeons in my area and couldn’t find anyone I liked. So I looked into Dr. Agullo like my friend had. I was instantly in love. From his progress pictures on his social media’s, to his awesome staff, I was quickly sure this would be my surgeon. I had my consultation a few weeks after contacting the office, and it went great. I didn’t have any “wish” pics because I just wanted my nose to look normal. He was able to pin point exactly where I felt the issues were & saw the imperfections I saw as well. I scheduled my surgery & it came so fast! The moment I woke up from my surgery I felt great but it was just uncomfortable. They treated me awesome, gave me all the information I needed to go home & were always on the line if I needed something. The worst part of it all was when the stents & stitches in my nose needed to be removed, other than that I felt no pain. It was weird but cool. It doesn’t hurt & I swear to you my pain tolerance is low. After weeks passed by I got a small infection in the nose which caused a foul smell in my nose, I called them up & they sent antibiotics the same day! It went away quickly & I am so happy I was able to get help immediately when I noticed it. Its been a month and two weeks and I feel great. I can breathe! When I look into the mirror I love my bridge now, my side profiles look awesome. My tip is still swollen and will be for a while but I’m so happy with the way it’s turning out and I can only pray it continues to get better. I will keep updating you all as time passes to show progress.
What a journey! I'm 48 years old mother, grandmother& hope a warrior! I've decided to have Buttock implants and Rhinoplasty procedure. By my suprise, I found Dr. Agullo, Southwest Plastic Surgery: during my consultation Dr. knew the idea I want for buttock implants by size & proportion. This will be my 3rd surgery for Rhinoplasty. I had tummy tuck 2 years ago and I was left excessive skin which were called puppy ears. I had skintite, lipo on my inner thigh, flanks, & fat grafting. Before my surgery, I was prescribed to take Clinical Support (medi spa) -Day, Night, & Bohemian, SINECCH- the capsules helps to reduce pain, swelling, bruising due to trauma of my body. (Amazing product)! Including, percocet, valium, colace, nausea/vomiting meds, IBU, antibiotic meds, nasal spray vitamin C and liquid iron. 1st day post-op: After my surgery, I was nauseated and vomited. I couldn't put pressure on my buttock and use BBL pillow to sit upright & elevated, due to my rhinoplasty. I had to put two beds together and between the mattress, I made room for my buttock to hang down. It was the only way I could find comfort. My body could tolerate pain meds & I was anal about taking meds on time. Going to the restroom was challenging, thank goodness I bought female urinal funnel. The garment was a challenge but yet comfortable. The amazing part of Clinical support& SINECCH, I had no bruising, swelling, just numbness of my nose. I was told I can shower the next day, after my shower: I was so weak, and needed assistant. Took my meds & straight to bed. I didn't care about how my implants or nose look. I was in pain!!!! 2nd & 3rd day post-op: I ate very small, yogurt, applesauce, cranberry juice, soup. I waddle when I walked& my buttock felt tight& uncomfortable. Evidently, I received 710cc buttock implants. Yes, I had flat buttock. I wasn't sure to be happy about my result, I was still swollen and be patient. Updated on 27 May 2018: Hello Sisters, I have so much to say: sorry I didn't really talked about my rhinoplasty. I was amazed of quick recovery from my nose. Clinical support recovery pills, Arnica K creme, SINECCH pills, &fresh pineapple worked amazing!!! I had no bruising, swelling, and no pain (just numbness). Now the buttock implants : OMG! I experienced the risk & complication of so call rash (turns out to be painful shingles). As I visited Dr. Agullo, he examined my redness of my skin. I was terrified, thinking the worst of infection & getting my implants removed!!! Dr. injected a needle at the redness skin site& yaah!, there was no pus, it was superficial& got culture; which results was negative! He prescribed me 2 antibiotic meds& mupricion creme. By so far, my skin is healing & slowly getting my color back. In my experience, I had 2 procedures done& buttock implants is a very painful& uncomfortable. By one month, I didn't have to wear my garment: which I love to wear for support. I never had problems with constipation, as long you take colace with your pain meds, you will be fine. My implants sits a little high& I am being patient till they drop. So ladies, please be patient! I'm glad to share my experience, overall, Dr. Agullo and his staff are amazing with outstanding communication, concern, work ethics, and professionalism. I am one of the unlucky who experience rash/shingles & combination of painful healing processes of implants. Updated on 27 May 2018: I am at 39 days post-op: I am still at uncomfortable stage of recovering, I wake up in the middle of the night: due to the position I'm sleeping, with an upright position& my head elevated. My nose is numb & I feel tingling, numbness, and twitching nerve of my left knee. At times I feel slight pain of both buttock. Pain is beauty!! At this point, I can bend my knees, take a walk, and taking extra precautions of lifting. My buttock feels huge& I'm not going to stress myself of my current appearance. By so far, I love my results. My shingle is slowly drying& skin is crusting. I've been putting coconut oil and @bedtime I take benadryl. Which really soothes the itching. I haven't gone shopping for new clothes. I cannot believe this a journey of trials of tribulations. The 2 procedures took a toll of my mind, mentally, spiritually, and physically! I did tons of crying, worrying, & praying. I wanted a quick recovery, healing, & results! Overall, I have no choice but be patient! Life is precious!
I have had two Brazilian butt lifts with hip injections by Dr. Agullo at Southwest Plastic Surgery, one on 9/5/17 and the other on 4/10/18 and I couldn't be happier with my results! Growing up I never wore jeans or pants because they never fit right and looked just awful without a butt to fill them out, now I don't have to worry about that. To be honest the recovery for the first procedure was absolutely miserable, I wasn't sure how I was going to make it (my husband was deployed, so I went through it alone). This second recovery has been rough but nowhere as bad as the first time. My before picture is so embarrassing but comparing the after is worth sharing. My doctor is a miracle worker with some magical hands! Updated on 24 Apr 2018:
I Just had vaginal rejuvenation at the MedSpa at Southwest Plastic Surgery with their treatment called Votiva and Fractora used for vaginal tightening and skin resurfacing. Before going to the office for my first time, i was feeling a little uncomfortable, but as soon as i walked in it all went away with all the positive vibes and friendly staff! Everyone there is so proffesional and made me feel so comfortable. The nurse doing my treatment answered all my questions and was extremely attentive. The treatment was fast, painless, and was effective within a few days. One of the best decisions i have ever made!
Dr. Agullo and his whole staff at Southwest Plastic Surgery, have been so professional, personable, and truly make you feel comfortable with the whole process beginning with the consultation, the actual surgery, and the follow up appointments. I had a mommy makeover which consisted of Lipo, full Abdominoplasty, and a breast augmentation with areolar lift. He did an amazing job, I couldn’t have asked for the whole process and procedure to go better than it did. Everybody is so nice and readily available to answer any question that you might have. It’s very anxious and nervous on the day of my surgery but the staff putnme at ease with appropriately answering my questions. His CRNA, Hector, comes in and thoroughly explains everything in a manner that you will understand and has an outstanding bedside manner. I have already recommended Dr. Agullo to many friends. He’s the best! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Updated on 13 Apr 2018: A lot of the swelling has subsided thanks to eating right and routine lymphatic massage. I’ve gone back to weight lifting and have zero complaints about pain. The first week postop recovery was very tough but each day I felt more and more like myself. The hardest part of recovery was the pins and needles sensations from lipo but each day I felt better and now I get those sensations very rarely. Zero regrets here!!!
On our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband had a frank discussion about how I wasn't taking care if myself physically. He helped me get over that first, painful hurdle of recognizing that I needed to change my lifestyle habits of eating and exercising. In about a year, I lost 30-35lbs and was averaging 5 miles running every other day. But I couldn't get rid of that belly bump that I had from bearing 2 babies. Every pair of pants and skirts I put on would have that noticeable fatty belly bump that just depressed me. Also, I had always been a bra size of 34D since I was a teenager, and now I was noticing there was extra space in the bra cups when I would wear them. I noticed that I had some definite droop going on. This is what spurned me on to do the Mommy Makeover. I wanted to feel comfortable in my skin again and recognize myself in the mirror. I had originally thought of doing the Mommy Makeover in 2015, but chickened out, then finally did it 2 weeks ago. I kick myself in the butt because I should not have waited! The doc and nurses and staff have been amazingly patient, kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. On the day of the procedure, I was treated like royalty, everyone was just so encouraging and reassuring. I will admit the first week recovering was really tough because I have a very low pain tolerance, but this second week has been a night and day difference. I am counting down the days for when the swelling goes down and I can get dolled up to go on a date with my husband. I had already even bought the dress before the procedure, so it is hanging in my closet as a visual goal of what I did all this for. Thank you to the Southwest Plastic Surgeon Team!! :)
I had been thinking about getting lipo and a tummy tuck for the past 14 years. I never thought my stomach would be this flat or look this great. Currently I am 2 weeks post op and I LOVE my results. I'm still a little swollen but everyday my body looks better and curvier. Not sure why I waited so long!!! The staff at Southwest Plastic Surgery are also EXCELLENT, they make you feel like family and not just another customer. Love all my nurses and even the management team. They comforted me with any and all my concerns. THANK YOU LADIES!!!! ???????
