39 days post op!!
I am at 39 days post-op: I am still at uncomfortable stage of recovering, I wake up in the middle of the night: due to the position I'm sleeping, with an upright position& my head elevated. My nose is numb & I feel tingling, numbness, and twitching nerve of my left knee. At times I feel slight pain of both buttock. Pain is beauty!! At this point, I can bend my knees, take a walk, and taking extra precautions of lifting. My buttock feels huge& I'm not going to stress myself of my current appearance. By so far, I love my results. My shingle is slowly drying& skin is crusting. I've been putting coconut oil and @bedtime I take benadryl. Which really soothes the itching. I haven't gone shopping for new clothes. I cannot believe this a journey of trials of tribulations. The 2 procedures took a toll of my mind, mentally, spiritually, and physically!
I did tons of crying, worrying, & praying. I wanted a quick recovery, healing, & results! Overall, I have no choice but be patient! Life is precious!

1-4weeks post-op
Hello Sisters, I have so much to say: sorry I didn't really talked about my rhinoplasty. I was amazed of quick recovery from my nose. Clinical support recovery pills, Arnica K creme, SINECCH pills, &fresh pineapple worked amazing!!! I had no bruising, swelling, and no pain (just numbness). Now the buttock implants : OMG! I experienced the risk & complication of so call rash (turns out to be painful shingles). As I visited Dr. Agullo, he examined my redness of my skin. I was terrified, thinking the worst of infection & getting my implants removed!!! Dr. injected a needle at the redness skin site& yaah!, there was no pus, it was superficial& got culture; which results was negative! He prescribed me 2 antibiotic meds& mupricion creme. By so far, my skin is healing & slowly getting my color back. In my experience, I had 2 procedures done& buttock implants is a very painful& uncomfortable. By one month, I didn't have to wear my garment: which I love to wear for support. I never had problems with constipation, as long you take colace with your pain meds, you will be fine. My implants sits a little high& I am being patient till they drop. So ladies, please be patient! I'm glad to share my experience, overall, Dr. Agullo and his staff are amazing with outstanding communication, concern, work ethics, and professionalism. I am one of the unlucky who experience rash/shingles & combination of painful healing processes of implants.
What a journey! I'm 48 years old mother,...
What a journey! I'm 48 years old mother, grandmother& hope a warrior! I've decided to have Buttock implants and Rhinoplasty procedure. By my suprise, I found Dr. Agullo, Southwest Plastic Surgery: during my consultation Dr. knew the idea I want for buttock implants by size & proportion. This will be my 3rd surgery for Rhinoplasty. I had tummy tuck 2 years ago and I was left excessive skin which were called puppy ears. I had skintite, lipo on my inner thigh, flanks, & fat grafting. Before my surgery, I was prescribed to take Clinical Support (medi spa) -Day, Night, & Bohemian, SINECCH- the capsules helps to reduce pain, swelling, bruising due to trauma of my body. (Amazing product)! Including, percocet, valium, colace, nausea/vomiting meds, IBU, antibiotic meds, nasal spray vitamin C and liquid iron. 1st day post-op: After my surgery, I was nauseated and vomited. I couldn't put pressure on my buttock and use BBL pillow to sit upright & elevated, due to my rhinoplasty. I had to put two beds together and between the mattress, I made room for my buttock to hang down. It was the only way I could find comfort. My body could tolerate pain meds & I was anal about taking meds on time. Going to the restroom was challenging, thank goodness I bought female urinal funnel. The garment was a challenge but yet comfortable. The amazing part of Clinical support& SINECCH, I had no bruising, swelling, just numbness of my nose. I was told I can shower the next day, after my shower: I was so weak, and needed assistant. Took my meds & straight to bed. I didn't care about how my implants or nose look. I was in pain!!!! 2nd & 3rd day post-op: I ate very small, yogurt, applesauce, cranberry juice, soup. I waddle when I walked& my buttock felt tight& uncomfortable. Evidently, I received 710cc buttock implants. Yes, I had flat buttock. I wasn't sure to be happy about my result, I was still swollen and be patient.
