My goal is to provide you with the safest and most current surgical technique to help you look and feel your very best. We understand that every patient is unique and I will take as much time as you need to educate you on all aspects of a surgical procedure, including potential benefits and risks.
Dr. Wesley Anne Brady is a board-certified gynecologist surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience. As the founder and medical director of Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas, Dr. Brady has performed more than 3,000 cosmetic vaginal surgeries and helped thousands of women improve their sexual health. She offers a comprehensive variety of cosmetic vaginal surgeries, including vaginoplasty and labiaplasty, as well as vaginal rejuvenation treatments like Votiva, ThermiVa, MonaLisa Touch, and the O-Shot, alongside bioidentical hormone regimens. Dr. Brady takes pride in creating a safe space for women to explore and improve their sexual health. She personally tries all of the nonsurgical procedures that she provides through the practice, in order to better guide her patients in their decision-making process. “While many surgeons offer vaginal surgery in addition to breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and other elective procedures, my practice specifically focuses on cosmetic gynecology,” says Dr. Brady. "I was the first doctor in North Texas to open a practice devoted to cosmetic vaginal surgery, entirely focused on enhancing our patients' sexual health and well-being.” Dr. Brady earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She remained in the city to complete a residency as a gynecologic surgeon at Baylor University Medical Center. She later studied alongside Dr. David Matlock, a pioneer of laser vaginal rejuvenation and designer laser vaginoplasty, as well as Dr. Red Alinsod. Dr. Brady serves as the president of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Dallas. She is a full fellow of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and an active member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists, and the International Society of Cosmetogynecology.
I had a simple Mommy Make-over. A tummy tuck with a breast lift, no enhancement, just to put me back together the way I was before my little ones came along. I will not bore you with the saga of my pregnancies except to say that emergency procedures during delivery made getting my stomach flat again on my own completely impossible. I was done having children and tired of looking like there...

A: Yes, I would encourage you to start treatment at the first signs of hair loss for optimal results from PRP injections. Typically, PRP is used in combination with other oral medications and topical solutions. Best of luck!
A: I would recommend the Morpheus8 to treat your symptoms. It's always best to start preventative treatment measures early in order to achieve more drastic and substantial results. Morpheus8 is a device that combines the power of radiofrequency and micro-needling to help remodel nearly any part of the body and face. This fractional skin treatment works by stimulating the production of collagen in the deep layers of the skin, causing cells to reorganize themselves in a way that provides a youthful look. The treatment improves skin texture and complexion for a more radiant and youthful appearance.
A: The majority of nonsurgical treatments will require ongoing (ideally annual) maintenance to sustain results. Keep in mind that the aging process never stops, hence the need for maintenance treatments. I would recommend the Morpheus8 to address your symptoms. Morpheus8 is a versatile tool with many benefits which include: -Reduction of wrinkles -Production of collagen and reorganization of fat for a smoother, sleeker appearance of the face and body -Elimination of double chin and a more defined jawline -Removal of extra sag in the belly -Reduction of crepey skin on the upper arms, front of legs, back of legs, and knees Best of luck!
