I recently had a breast lift with GalaFLEX mesh performed by Dr. Thayer, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From my initial consultation through every post-op visit, Dr. Thayer and the entire Quintessa team were professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to my needs.

Dr. Thayer took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained the entire process in detail, which made me feel confident and fully informed every step of the way. The results have far exceeded my expectations—my breasts look natural, lifted, and beautifully proportioned. I finally feel like myself again, and I’m beyond grateful for the care and expertise that went into achieving this transformation.

Had a lower facelift, neck lift, and upper bleph at the same time awake! I contemplated for way too long and was sooo scared to do it awake. I can’t even express how easy it was and how amazing the results are. Recovery was a breeze too! Was out in public a week later and people had no idea! If you are debating it, just do it!

I have so much to say about my wonderful experience at Quintessa and with Dr. Butz. I confidently recommend Dr. Butz for any plastic surgery. I met with several surgeons at other clinics and never felt certainty. After meeting Dr. Butz, I stopped searching and immediately knew he was going to be my surgeon. He is kind, patient and focused on hearing your needs and desires and helping you make a plan to achieve them. I had so many questions (so many!) and he never showed condescension or impatience and I never felt rushed. It always seemed like his priority was to make sure he heard me well so that he could learn from me exactly what I wanted while making me feel very comfortable. Always professional and with kindness, he was always a pleasure to talk to. His work is simply a piece of art. I never thought that I could have breast so beautiful, natural, and perfect for my frame. He was able to give that all to me, and I would never change any of it!

At Quintessa, through all my experience and since the first phone call to post-surgery follow up appointments, I have felt treated so kindly and respectfully. The medical team and the staff at Quintessa are excellent and do everything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. The nurse that was with me on the day of surgery did everything to make sure I was feeling good and comfortable the whole time. The whole team was very responsive with questions post-surgery, too. I always felt confident that I could talk to someone if I had a question or a need.

One more time I would like to say how beautiful Dr. Butz work is. I am so happy with my gorgeous breasts and can’t wait to show them off all the time! Thank you Dr. Butz and the whole Quintessa team!

My first set of implants were placed in 2013. After 3 children, I had lost all volume and really disliked how my breast looked in shirts. I also have a wide sternum and they began to fall into my armpits.

We decided to go with 450 CC motiva implants & use internal mesh to support them and push them inwards.

Guys - I never thought my breasts would ever be this close together! So much more fullness at the top and middle and yet, they still match my frame.
