After consulting with several plastic surgeons in Southern California, I knew immediately that Dr. John Andre was the right choice. Many other clinics had me speak only with assistants or rushed through the consultation without truly listening. Dr. Andre was different—he took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my symptoms, and honor the emotional and physical toll my implants had caused. He performed my explant surgery with such skill and compassion. From start to finish, I felt completely supported—not only by Dr. Andre, but also by his incredible team. Coco, the patient coordinator, was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Jacqueline provided care during the surgery and made me feel so safe and seen. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m doing remarkably well. I already feel lighter, healthier, and more myself—like I finally came home to my body. The entire experience—from consultation to follow-up—exceeded my expectations. I truly felt like more than just a patient. From the time I walked into Pacific Center plastic surgery for my consultation Dr Khang T. Nguyen made me feel at ease. I have been living with an inverted nipple my whole life and finally decided to have them corrected. Having both nipples now looking the same has made such a huge difference to my confidence and self esteem. I underestimated how much it used to bother me. Dr Khang T. Nguyen was very professional and caring, I highly recommend him to anyone. The operation itself was done under local anaesthetic and only took about 1hour 30mins. Victoria the receptionist was so nice and helpful also Dr. Nguyen nurse was amazing. Overall the staff was just fantastic!!

I recently had my armpits receive the Miradry treatment by Izzy at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery's Biospa to reduce sweating. Izzy was great and the only pain I felt was from the lidocaine injection, which wasn't bad with the small needles she used. I had minor swelling (bump under each armpit) for four days after. Then I was back to normal, minus having to wear deodorant which is awesome since my shirts were getting stained and I was worried about dementia from the aluminum. Pro tip they gave me that really helped was putting frozen water bottles under my arms for swelling. If I ever need it again I'm going back there. Also Izzy is great at lasers from what I was told so I'm probably getting something zapped in the future by her.

Dr. Rebecca Boston is an amazing plastic surgeon! She is gifted, with outstanding surgical skills, an aesthetic eye, and a warm, caring bedside manner. I went for a consultation wanting a recommendation to address my sagging neck, jowls and excess upper eyelid skin. I am 53 years old and have always been relatively happy with the way I look but felt that my “turkey neck” was prematurely aging me. It was really important to me that the results look natural and seamless. I had a LiteLift (minimal scar facelift), Neck Lift, Neck Lipo and Upper Blepharoplasty under local anesthesia about 8 weeks ago. The procedure was performed in the office and took about 5 hours. The oral Ativan and local anesthetic kept me comfortable and pain free throughout the surgery. My first post op appointment was 3 days later and after removing my dressings I was able to see a dramatic improvement in the contour of my neck and jawline. Six weeks post op I was back to all my normal activities and feeling fabulous. The combination easily took 10-15 years off my face, yet looks very natural. In the mirror, I see a younger, refreshed version of myself and it has given me a renewed sense of confidence. Dr. Boston and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable,friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have been thinking of having breast augmentation surgery for 8-10 years now! I was so excited! Since I won the Ideal implants I decided to take the plunge! I've always known Dr. Jed Horowitz was good at his craft from the previous Lite Lyft surgery he performed on my fiancé several years ago! I was the personal caregiver and was present for his pre and post surgery through the dressings, bruises, healing time and have seen the youthful change! I have a great respect for his knowledge, experience and expertise in cosmetic surgeries from previous interactions. And I found it reassuring to know that he is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and considered to be among the top 1% in his specialty! He has treated me with warmth, kindness, and professionalism, and he has been patient and approachable in addressing all my concerns. The staff at Pacific Center are all friendly, thorough and accommodating with any and all of my questions! After my consultation, I received a packet with all the needed labs, pre and post surgical instructions, medication list and things needed post surgery (support bra). The surgery went well but my healing time was a bit abnormal with bruising not only on and around my breasts but also on the flank and thighs during the first week. I was definitely an anomaly, but Dr. Horowitz was very reassuring and the bruising dissipated in less than a week. It is now going on my fifth month and the results are impressive! I'm happy and extremely pleased with the way my breasts look and how the results makes me feel amazing whether I'm wearing a dress or a bathing suit. I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz for breast augmentation surgery and would not hesitate to choose him again for any cosmetic surgeries in the future!

The staff at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery /Bio SPA are amazing! The staff is very welcoming . Larry S. Nichter performed my procedure. He actually performed procedures on my aunt, sister , and cousins. I loved their results. Its onne of the reasons why I decided to go with doctor Nichter. I'm still recovering but I cant to see my results. Summer is around the corner perfect timing to flaunt the girls;)

I went to pacific surgery center . Dr. Larry nitcher did an excellent job . I got breast revision/implants and a lift and lipo of my back , hips and stomach and after a week I'm seeing amazing results . I'm so excited to see what I look like once I'm done healing . I've also had illegal silicone butt injections which where in my tailbone/back and he was able to lipo some of the silicone out which made my butt look better

Ever since I was younger my mom and I had an agreement that when I reached my early 20's we would consider going in for consultations so I can have a breast augmentation. I was always flat chested and it was something I had always wanted, to better proportion my body. I consulted with three different doctors. My third and final choice was Dr. Nichter. I was referred by an old friend of mine and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to meet him and have him perform my surgery. It wasn't a tough decision at all after meeting Dr. Nichter. I made the decision to schedule the surgery date in my consultation with Caitlin Dorn and Dr. Nichter. From the get go this was something I have always wanted and always discussed with my friends and family. I just needed the confidence to find the right doctor for me. Which I did and so incredibly happy with the results. Dr. Nichter, Dr. Scott and my nurse Stephanie made me feel at home the morning of my surgery. I had been so anxious for that day to come and getting there and saying my good byes to my boyfriend and mom, I wasn't scared at all. This was my first surgery ever, so it was also my first time going under anesthesia. I had some concerns, but the staff took away any doubts I was having right away. I am a little over a week out from my surgery and recovering great! They truly listened to what I wanted and the look I had so desired to achieve. I am excited to see the final results in a few months after the swelling has gone down. Overall I highly recommend this surgery and this doctor. I think if it's something you've always wanted don't have doubts. Do your homework, consult with a few different doctors and you will feel it in your gut when you know it's right.

I've always thought about breast augmentation but was too scared to check it out. I met with Dr. Nichter at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery about 2mos before my surgery. I wanted fuller breasts that were more symmetrical. Dr Nichter gave me some options. My two biggest decisions were what type of implant and whether to get a lift. I didn't really want silicone so I chose the Ideal implant. I also chose not to get a lift so the doctor recommended above the muscle due to some sagging of my breast. Now it's almost 4 months and I'm so happy with my decision. My breasts are fuller and have a softness. I'm glad I made the decision to go with the Ideal implant. I love the look and feel and so does my Hubby!

Dr Larry Nichter is by far the best cosmetic dr in So Cal! The comfort he brought along with his staff made this process very enjoyable. He took his time in every appointment we had and answered all questions and concerns like I was family. I was still nervous going into surgery of course, but once I arrived, I have never laughed so hard. The staff at Pacific center for Plastic Surgery puts every worry to rest when you arrive. I got a breast augmentation, but ill tell you what, how natural they look is amazing to me. Dr Nichter knows what he is doing, and does it 100\% correct and to the patient desire. He has helped up my confidence! I'm so pleased with this dr! Highly recommend!
