I've always thought about breast augmentation but was too scared to check it out. I met with Dr. Nichter at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery about 2mos before my surgery. I wanted fuller breasts that were more symmetrical. Dr Nichter gave me some options. My two biggest decisions were what type of implant and whether to get a lift. I didn't really want silicone so I chose the Ideal implant. I also chose not to get a lift so the doctor recommended above the muscle due to some sagging of my breast. Now it's almost 4 months and I'm so happy with my decision. My breasts are fuller and have a softness. I'm glad I made the decision to go with the Ideal implant. I love the look and feel and so does my Hubby!

Hi! I am signed up to get Ideal Implants as well, I was wondering if you had anything more recent to add to our review, now that it’s been a few years, are you still happy/satisfied?
Congratulations! I bet you look great! What a perfect age to get a refresh for your breasts. It's nice you didn't have to get the lift. How did your friends and family react to your new look?
