Fabulous Natural Facial Rejuvenation!

Dr. Rebecca Boston is an amazing plastic surgeon! She is gifted, with outstanding surgical skills, an aesthetic eye, and a warm, caring bedside manner. I went for a consultation wanting a recommendation to address my sagging neck, jowls and excess upper eyelid skin. I am 53 years old and have always been relatively happy with the way I look but felt that my “turkey neck” was prematurely aging me. It was really important to me that the results look natural and seamless. I had a LiteLift (minimal scar facelift), Neck Lift, Neck Lipo and Upper Blepharoplasty under local anesthesia about 8 weeks ago. The procedure was performed in the office and took about 5 hours. The oral Ativan and local anesthetic kept me comfortable and pain free throughout the surgery. My first post op appointment was 3 days later and after removing my dressings I was able to see a dramatic improvement in the contour of my neck and jawline. Six weeks post op I was back to all my normal activities and feeling fabulous. The combination easily took 10-15 years off my face, yet looks very natural. In the mirror, I see a younger, refreshed version of myself and it has given me a renewed sense of confidence.
