Surgery Day

My surgery was scheduled for Monday, January 26th. And honestly, we all love starting something “new” at the beginning of a new week… or even a new month, right? Just kidding haha They say winter is actually the perfect time for procedures/surgeries like this because there’s supposedly less swelling and the recovery process can be a little more comfortable. My surgeries were scheduled for early morning, and from midnight that night I wasn’t allowed to eat or drink anything.
