It’s the Entire Experience That Deserves Five Stars

I don’t usually write reviews this quickly after surgery—it’s only been 48 hours. I truly believe you need to let the swelling go down and give yourself time to see the final result before reviewing the actual work. But this review is as much about Dr. Neinstein’s incredible staff and the overall experience as it is about the procedure itself.
I am definitely not a beginner when it comes to surgery. I’ve had a handful of things done over the years, including another procedure as recently as last fall, and I can honestly say I have **never experienced this level of care.**
From the nurses to the entire office staff, the amount of attention, hand-holding, follow-up calls, and genuine concern for how I’m feeling has been incredible. You truly feel cared for here—not like another patient on the schedule. And what impressed me even more is that I probably had one of the smaller procedures they perform on a daily basis—arm liposuction—yet I never once felt like my procedure or recovery was treated as anything less than important.
As for Dr. Neinstein himself, he has a wonderful disposition, a cheery personality, and makes you feel very comfortable. He can be a little quick in and out when you’re trying to speak with him, but even at only 48 hours post-op, I can already tell he did a phenomenal job. I have a feeling I’m going to be extremely happy with my arms once everything settles.
But I really cannot say enough about the staff and the way this entire office operates including the scheduling of hotel, after -care, etc,. This level of service and patient care is incredibly rare these days.
If I could afford Dr. Neinstein for the bigger procedures, I’d probably already be booking my upper tummy tuck for next year. That’s how happy I am with the entire experience.
Thank you to everyone at the office for making me feel so incredibly well taken care of. I’ll certainly update once I’m further along and can speak to my final results, but when it comes to the level of care and service—**five stars without hesitation.**
