The Best Plastic Surgeon in Town

I have known Dr Baccaro since 2019 when he gave me a reconstruction of my breasts due to a double mastectomy for Breast Cancer; his compassion, care, patience and understanding for the difficult situation that I was going through was truly special. I highly recommend Dr. Baccaro to anyone who is looking for a great professional and an amazing human being.

I have the exact results that I envisioned and hoped for

When I began my search, I was specifically looking for a surgeon skilled in implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift to complement my 5'1" frame. Before meeting Dr. Baccarro, I consulted with another plastic surgeon who was candid about his hesitations, especially concerning promises on nipple placement. He felt the procedure wasn't within his comfort zone. While I appreciated...

The best I’ve had out of all surgeries over the years

Dr Walsh performed breast lift and switched out old implants with new. I’ve had four previous breast surgeries. He did a terrific job. The best I’ve had out of all surgeries over the years. He has a nice personality about him. Not showy just his authentic self. Highly recommend.

Extraordinary surgeon - I am elated with the results

I am a person who does my due diligence when searching for a physician. My goal was to find a brilliant, seasoned surgeon that would also listen to my concerns. Upon meeting Dr Gardner, my search successfully ended. I found his attention to detail unparallel, but it was his uncanny vision of what needed to be done to give me the results I was looking for.... and he delivered!!! Simply...

My surgery was yesterday and my eyes look better than when I went in

I went to Dr. Gardner after having an eye doctor remove the fat from my lid. The results were awful. So I went to see Dr. Gardner to see if he could help fix my eyes. Well, my surgery was yesterday and my eyes look better than when I went in yesterday! I have been blessed to meet so many wonderful plastic surgeons in Cambridge MA that I thought I would never find one as great here....but I did...

Q: Nipples too low after breast augmentation? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. BaccaroDecember 12, 2023

A: It appears your implant position is slightly high and wide. If your implant was placed under the muscle, maybe the muscle has not stretched enough and is not allowing the implant to descend. There’s nothing wrong with placing the implant behind the muscle, it just may need to be released a bit more. Best of luck, Dr. Baccaro (Instagram: @baccaroplastics)

Q: Would I be a good candidate for a donut lift? downsizing from 525cc to 400cc
Answered by Dr. BaccaroMay 21, 2023

A: Although it’s difficult to say without an in-person exam, it looks like your nipple position is good, your skin looks healthy, and ID expect you don’t need a lift at all. I also think a smaller implant will fit better in the pocket, as it seems much of you implant volume is in the upper pole. Worst case scenario? nipples are a bit low after the procedure and you can do a lift later, possibly under local anesthetic even. Hope this helps, good luck!

Q: What could be causing my Natrelle implants to extend to the armpit area? 6 months post op, 375 cc under the muscle (photos)
Answered by Dr. BaccaroMarch 7, 2023

A: You have something we call an “animation deformity”, which is when you can move your implant and breast quite significantly with your pectoralis muscle, wrinkling the skin too. You’d need a surgical revision to tighten the pocket and release the muscle more. Possibly fat grafting too. I’d discuss this issue with your plastic surgeon. Hope this helps, good luck!

Q: Do I need an uplfit or just implants? (photos)
Answered by Dr. BaccaroFebruary 25, 2023

A: It’s difficult to say with just the one photo, but it appears that just implants would be ok. A lot will depend on the look you’re going for (more natural vs. more rounded or “artificial”) If you’re looking for a DD, you likely don’t need a lift.

Q: Breast lift alternatives - Is a natural look achievable with just a dual plane technique? (photos)
Answered by Dr. BaccaroSeptember 14, 2022

A: It appears you’d best benefit from a lift. If you don’t, you’ll risk getting a waterfall deformity (breast tissue sits below the level of the implant). One “workaround” in your circumstance would be to use oversized implants, possibly a classic dual plane. But understand that this will leave you with large, low positioned breasts. Also they’d likely be much larger than you like. Plastic surgery is often a trade-off between scars and shape/form. Hope this helps, good luck.
