His educational journey began at Tampa Jesuit High School and continued with an Ivy League undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Biology. He subsequently obtained his doctorate degree from the University Of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, and completed eight years of post-graduate surgery specialty training, including two residencies and an elective fellowship. His training culminated in a prestigious Plastic Surgery residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Polo's contributions to the field extend beyond his clinical practice, with numerous national presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals. His dedication to research was recognized by the American Burn Association, which awarded him the Carl A. Moyer Award for outstanding research. Dr. Polo is equally committed to education, currently serving as a voluntary clinical assistant professor at Florida International University, Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. Dr. Carlos Wolf, MD is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon practicing at Miami Plastic Surgery and Medspa, which has multiple locations throughout South Florida. He has over 30 years of experience performing both surgical and non-invasive procedures, but most enjoys performing facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty. Dr. Wolf is recognized for his warm and compassionate bedside manner as well as his meticulous hand and aesthetic eye. After receiving his MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Wolf completed his medical training at Tulane University in New Orleans. He is board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to being a clinical professor at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim School of Medicine, Dr. Wolf is a member of the Sigma XI Honorary Scientific Society and has written a column in The Miami Herald for the past 15 years.

Dr. Altman’s professional interests include all aspects of cosmetic and aesthetic plastic surgery. He is primarily focused on surgery of the breast and body including breast augmentation, breast lifting, liposuction and abdominoplasty.
