Amazingly Easy Surgery and Recovery. Very Talented Doctor!

I had an implant exchange and pocket work done in November 2025 with Dr. Altman. I had a great experience. Surgery day moved pretty quickly and his anesthesiologist was really great. The doctor seemed to really light up the day on surgery and made me feel like he was excited to be doing the procedure. Consultations moved fast but the whole staff was very comforting day of the operation. I had originally wanted a rhinoplasty at the same time and Dr Altman was very honest and said he didn’t think the surgery was necessary. A greedy surgeon would have gone through with it. I paid 9,500 for an implant exchange and minor pocket work. Recovery was amazing! I felt like I got hit by a train my first surgery and I was very nervous for the second one. I was in pain when I woke up from surgery but by the time I made it to my car things felt very bearable. By that night I was already able to move around and felt fine. I rested for 2 weeks and stayed in bed but the pain was veryyyyy manageable and a fraction of what I felt the first time. Altman is very good at what he does. The recovery was very impressive to me. He found a way to do the surgery without causing me any unnecessary pain. My results are amazing, symmetrical, natural, and soft. I have a friend who went to him a couple weeks before me and her results are amazing as well and she had a pretty painless recovery too. Worth every penny!
