This was my 5th rhinoplasty following a rhinoplasty which made no difference and then 3 very botched revisions by the same (well known) surgeon.

I approached a few other well know specialists at the same time as Mr Ion who all refused to even consider taking me on as a case.

Mr Ion was patient and understanding throughout the whole process. He is clearly willing to take on the most complex cases which speaks volumes about his skill and character.

The operation was extremely difficult due to my thin skin. It involved a rib graft and fascia.

It has now been 4 years since the operation and I
can honestly say it has changed my life. I no longer think about my nose. It is a very natural result which fits with my face.

I am truly grateful to Mr Ion as I have been able to move forward with my life happy and confident.

I had revision rhinoplasty (with a rib graft) and a chin implant with Dr Lucian Ion, and I’m so incredibly happy with my results. Honestly, the whole experience was just perfect.

Dr Ion is amazing. He’s kind, patient, and reassuring. I had so many questions and worries, especially because revision rhinoplasty is complicated and lots of surgeons I spoke to didn’t want to do it. They said it was too risky! But Dr Ion never hesitated . He’s really confident with difficult cases, and it shows.

My results look completely natural, exactly like we’d discussed, and actually much better than I imagined. People didn’t realise I’d had surgery - even my close family members just commented that I looked really well, without suspecting any cosmetic procedures.. Initially, after surgery, I was worried about minor asymmetries, but Dr Ion reassured me they’d settle, and they did, exactly as promised. Within a few weeks, I was already socialising comfortably, and no one noticed anything unusual. Any residual asymmetries (which were only noticeable to me) resolved over the next few months.

Also, one of the reasons I chose Dr Ion was because he’s a member of The Rhinoplasty Society, which is the most prestigious rhinoplasty group globally. They only accept surgeons who deal with the most complex cases and achieve excellent results. He’s actually one of the very few members based in London, which really shows how skilled he is.

I really think he’s one of the best plastic surgeons out there, especially for tricky cases like mine, and I absolutely recommend him!!

Dr Ion is an incredibly personable and talented man. He was the first surgeon I met with and after our meeting, I knew that I did not need to look any further. He is passionate about his work, and as such would have exceeded in anything he chose to do. I am so happy with the results! I honestly cannot express how amazed I was with the results of my Labia reduction with Angelica! I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time! If you are planning a labia reduction, please go to Angelica! I visited other surgeons for a consultation and by far I felt she was the best! I went ahead with the surgery, the labia was very sore afterwards! But this is normal! The precision of her reduction was 100% amazing! She listened to exactly what I had asked for and the results were perfect! I have later been told that she is one of the best to create thin scars! I can see she is very particular to detail and has amazing results with minimal scaring! So I would definitely recommend her for other treatments! I now want to get eye lid surgery and I would only consider Angelica for this! She is very professional! My only complaint would be with the Weymouth hospital where I had the surgery! I have left a direct review on Google for the hospital. I reached out to other people who had this operation with other surgeons and they weren’t always as happy! Angelica is the best! To anyone considering having this surgery please just know that it does feel uncomfortable afterwards and give it time to heal! Luckily I was single and this was perfect for me as really it does need time and patience to fully heal! The results are amazing though and I am so glad that I had the operation!
