I had a Rhinoplasty with Mr Ion, and I’m so in love!! He really supports you before and after the surgery. Highly recommend! Mr Ion has made sure I was all ok before and after the surgery and makes you feel at ease. Amazing results, it was everything I wanted and more!
My experience with Angelica Kavouni was excellent. She was very kind, caring and understood my concerns. I had had breast cancer in my right breast and had several operations prior to this one to reconstruct the size and shape of my breast to match the other one but was never happy with the result. Angelica did a excellent job in shape and size to give me the near perfect shaped breast. I...
I had liposuction on my double chin 4 years ago. I am so happy and pleased with my results! I always felt safe in Ms Kavouni’s hands. I recently saw Angelica again to discuss a small procedure as she’s the person I feel most comfortable going to for anything cosmetic.
I've wanted to write a review for so long. But I'm back in the middle of life, so I don't have much time. But it is important to me, to help others, which are in a desparate situation- Like I was in for three years of my life. The surgery with Ion is now two years ago( bit more). I am from germany, next to Stuttgart, where a very known surgeon destroyed my nose, my whole face after an...
I wanted to share my experience through this review as I conducted extensive research before going ahead with my second Rhinoplasty and I hope my story might assist someone in making a crucial decision in their life, just as it did for me. Please bear with me as this will be a detailed account, but I believe it's essential to provide all the details I wish I had when I was conducting my...
A: Thank you for your enquiry and sharing your photographs. Without the benefit of a profile view it is difficult to determine whether the chin projection is good or whether a chin enhancement could help neck contour of the jawline in combination with other procedures. If a chin augmentation is an option, it can be combined with liposuction to the jawline and lower part of the cheeks as well as under the chin to help produce a degree of stretch in the skin in the area and with it an improved contour for the jawline. Another option is represented by the minimal access facelift intervention which uses an incision on these scar within the sideburn making it very discrete. It allows for tightening of the tissues in the lower cheek but since there is minimal skin reduction the amount of tightening is also more limited. Minimal interventions like there is lift skin also help. They would need more in-depth assessment for the skin characteristics to understand whether they would be beneficial in your situation or not.
A: After breast implant removal ther is always a degree of tissue laxity so it is likely that you may require a breast lift. Periareolar lift is always an option and it depend on the amount of breast droop. I would recommend a fat transfer at the same time to help maintain a nice shape. Best wishes
A: You are a good candidate for blepharoplasty, there is a fair amount of excess upper eyelid skin and some asymmetry. It is difficult to be sure but there may also be ptosis on one side. You could simulate the results of a browlift with Botox injections , to help you decide if you would also like a browlift. In my view this is best done 6-9 months after the blepharoplasty has settled. Best wishes
A: Thank you for your enquiry, insightful comments and sharing your photographs. 3D imaging and computer simulation can guide you to understand whether you could obtain the change that you seek just with volume reduction (anterior necklift) or whether skin tightening would also be necessary. Skin tightening in the form of a formal necklift or a combination of facelift and necklift can be considered but the primary element that would give you the changes you describe is sub- platysma volume reduction. This is carried out through an access incision under the chin and represents the deep plane neck contouring approach.
A: Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. There doesn't seem to be much laxity in the lower face which is one of the primary goals of a facelift intervention. As a way of determining potential benefits from a facelift intervention I advise patients to examine their features lying down completely flat with no pillow. In this position, the face typically looks similar to the impact of a facelift intervention. If you feel that at this point in time it would give you a group of changes that you like over and above what you can achieve with nonsurgical treatments, it may be worth having surgery. In general terms though, your facial configuration is very good and facelift surgery seems counter-productive at this stage.
