First of I booked my appointment in Feb 2024. I paid a $250 deposit and the following week I paid $250 to hold my spot with Dr. Z. After my patent was processed I was booked with DR. Pitman. I liked DR.Z so I made sure I had here. At this point, I'm approved for care credit. So my next phone call was to ensure I had my preferred Dr. Hey I'm using care credit. Nothing was said.

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, hands-down. I do not recommend Goals at all. From the first phone call to the last text, it has been an unpleasant experience. You get phone calls and text messages until you make payment, then it goes downhill. I was from out of town; once I got to ATL they changed my appt day and pushed it out two more days. I was scheduled at 7 am the Dr. didn't even show up till 12:30 pm. I was his 3rd patient for him.
