Goals Plastic Surgery - Atlanta

I've been planning to get my body done for years now I've gone through the process at least 2 times before but bailed last min 8/15/2022 I finally did it and I'm super happy I'm 5 days post op I went to Goals plastic surgery in Atlanta my doctor was Dr.Z . My experience from the very beginning to now receiving my massages have been very pleasant nurse Erica and Love were amazing and friendly kept me up to date on future appointments and what was needed or required ! The day of surgery I was super nervous b/c it was actually happening and some ppl in my life were definitely against it I'm happy I made a decision for myself when I saw my body after my first showered I cried I haven't seen my stomach look like this in years and to always be reminded I'm still swollen and draining makes me even happier b/c if this is what swollen looks like baby I'm snatched!!! Dr.Z really went above all expectations I had for her and myself . I'll be uploading my healing process as I continue to rest and heal

My experience with Goals from start to finish was amazing. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. H was super nice and snatched the heck out of my waist. I am in love with my results. Don’t hesitate, call Goals!

First and foremost Thank You Dr Voskins for Saving MY LIFE. After having 2 babies back to back it took a toll on my body left me with cellulite and extra skin. After doing long research and multiple consultations with different surgeons I just knew that Goals had my body goals in my best interest. They treated me like family instantly and took all my fears and nervousness away. Dr V made sure he not only answered all of my questions but also explained things to be in great detail to where i was fully understanding. What sold me over is the fact he didnt want to give me that same bidy you see every girl with when you scroll through Instagram. But instead he compared my current body to my body before having my 2 son's. My BMI was very high so i was happy to know that where a all in one stop facility. They explained to me what healthy exercises i should do to reduce causing more extra skin and they explained to me about their all natural weight loss supplements. A month later i was hyped and ready for surgery. I recieved lipo of the mid and lower back removal of the flanks and fat transfer to fill cellulite pockets. During consultation they explained due to a higher bmi i would need to break my mommy make over into multiple procedures. I wasn't nervous about being awake for my procedure because its safer to be awake. Same reason why you can be awake for getting a c section. I was very well medicated and numb for procedure. And honey at the end they took a video in my phn and i cried tears of joy. I have always been natural and thought my body was never going to be what it used to be. Dr V not only is the best surgeon ever but he is a magician honey because i look even better than before. Im now 6 days post op and i no longer take any pain meds because i just dont need them. After day 2 I stopped taking the prescription pain meds. All i took was over the counter Tylenol and it helped with my tenderness. After day 3 all my bruises went away and i no longer was drainibg any fluids. Now would I been going everyday since surgery to get my aftercare at goals for my draining and massages. And honey Torry is amazing she explains everything and she had me up fully functioning after day 2 post op. The question is why wouldn't you put your body in the hands of the best company ever. I cant wait until my 2nd round honey.

I had my second consultation with Goals & decided to go ahead & schedule surgery. I had another BBL in Jun 2016. I have a small stature but have gained weight since the first procedure. So now, this time around, I'm looking to enhance what I already have!

I want to gain 5-10 lbs. before my BBL surgery and raise my BMI. I have until August 10. Any suggestions? I’m 4’ 11” 123-125 lbs. BMI 25

Okay, so since my last post, I've gained about 4-5 lbs. Today I am going to start drinking the GNC Bulk 1340 Mass Gainer and we'll see how this goes! I want to be about 135 at the time of my surgery. Today I weigh 128.

I am currently 6 days post-op and very happy with my results! Dr. Schlech performed my procedure and I am in love with my new body!
The entire process was great. I have 4 massages left plus a treatment of carboxy therapy! So excited to see more results.

i had the best experience dr hsu was my surgeon and the bedside manners was the best my pain was ok...i only felt the numbing then that was it, my body looks good so far im loving it
yes i would recommend dr hsu.

First of I booked my appointment in Feb 2024. I paid a $250 deposit and the following week I paid $250 to hold my spot with Dr. Z. After my patent was processed I was booked with DR. Pitman. I liked DR.Z so I made sure I had here. At this point, I'm approved for care credit. So my next phone call was to ensure I had my preferred Dr. Hey I'm using care credit. Nothing was said.

My Original date was in June when it came down to finalizing everything. Bloodwork and Last payment. I was told Dr. Z doesn't take CARE CREDIT! The day I wanted to make my last payment. I had to use Dr. Shannon to proceed with care credit. Well [RS bleep]! And since the doctor changed and my date had to change the $500 fee extra! And I lost my promotional package due to using my care credit. Mind u on the website they offer and say they take that form of payment.

Post-op day. I arrived the staff was nice & welcoming. They were excited for me. I filled out paperwork and took another pregnancy (pee) test.

Picked up my meds. Followed the instructions given.

SURGERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I arrived early. Greeted by the staff. Everyone was still nice and smiling.

I gave my consent in a small room with a light. Which was a Flexscuplt 360 & BBL fat transfer. Also, this is when I meet the Doctor day of SURGERY. He marked me up. I went back to the waiting beds.

I took the meds I picked up the day before. And waited like 10 minutes or less. They put me in the operating room. Dr. Shannon comes in and starts. The meds were not even digested well enough to work. He then tells me and shows me what he would be using. First I got a couple of (7) shots in the area he was going to (7) stab me at. Then He showed me the long needle that had water and stated I was going to feel all this pain for the first part. HUH? I thought that was what Anesthesia was for. He had to fill 7 bags of whatever. I SCREAMED MERCFULLY the entire time. I was bigger than what I walked in as after the fluid was injected. I took a nap. maybe 20 minutes or so. He was back again. When people say they feel a vibrating of the skin. THAT NOT [RS bleep] like I felt. ALL OF IT WAS PAIN PAIN PAIN. NO NUMBNESS. He flipped me for the butt and OMG! WHERE IS THE Anesthesia AT! DR SHANNON FROM GOALS IS A H3LL NO FOR ME!

Save your cash and go somewhere decent! Pay that extra for someone better! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE OF SOCIAL MEDIA! DON'T TRUST THE PROCESS IN THE PHOTO'S! Take a knife stab yourself! Then go and let someone Poke your abdomen several 100 times with nothing numb!

The day after was massage and Faja day! Goals Massage Office.

Ms.R was very friendly and had a great conversation. We had a little issue but my concern was fixed as soon as possible. She was good at relieving some pain and numbness. I would just recommend her without the first half of my story.

Overall I look the same just with a curvy abdomen and an inch-bigger butt!

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, hands-down. I do not recommend Goals at all. From the first phone call to the last text, it has been an unpleasant experience. You get phone calls and text messages until you make payment, then it goes downhill.  I was from out of town; once I got to ATL they changed my appt day and pushed it out two more days. I was scheduled at 7 am the Dr. didn't even show up till 12:30 pm. I was his 3rd patient for him.  I felt like it was going to be rushed, and it was. I left at 6:30 pm!  Trying to talk to anyone was extremely difficult, to say the least. I had to pay for two extra nights at the hotel, and I had to pay to change my return flight. They did nothing for their change, but if you have to reschedule it is a $500. fee, and if you are late $250. fee. 

I had an awful experience from the beginning. I should have run. I got lipo 360 and a BBL. Hours in the waiting room, even when you have an appointment. Never seeing the same doctor or “nurse”. No number to call if you have any questions. My surgery was set for 6:00am. I had to be there early, only to wait in a tiny room with 2 other patients for 2 hours before I was moved to the “pre-op” room. I sat in there with 6 girls for 8 hours before I was pulled back. I had Dr Hsu. He was nice. More conservative than most of the Goals doctors, which was fine with me. Fast forward to post op. I was not provided with a faja that fit me. I was squeezed into an xs because they were out of a size small. You had to wait hours to get your lymphatic drainage massages. I started to leak lymph fluid in the lobby because my bandages were so soaked. I was told several times that my faja would be mailed to me, as I live 4 hours from Atlanta. I never heard from anyone. When I called, I would get the runaround. After all of my swelling went down, I noticed my abdomen was extremely disfigured. It has been a year since my surgery and there is no improvement at all. I have called, emailed, and instagram messaged Goals, and nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOALS PLASTIC SURGERY. It is basically a butt factory. They take your money and forget about you. I don’t know how I’m going to get my abdomen fixed. Any suggestions would be great.

I had dr. Hsu for bbl Lipo. I don’t recommend I have a lump on my butt from him putting to much fat in one area. Also, they refused to do a revision, run away from this place. Everything about goals is unprofessional all the way down to waiting 4-6 hours for massages

This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! Let’s start with their “payment plan”. They called me the day my first payment was due and I missed the call, they emailed me so I emailed them back. I could not get though on the phone so I tried to keep emailing, which went unanswered. I then get a notice at 6 pm that day letting me know they cancelled my surgery due to non payment, it wasn’t even the end of the day!!!!! Mind you at this time they had already changed my surgery date 3 times with no consideration to the fact I live out of state and had to take care of flights and hotels and securing someone who could be with me for the surgery!!! 
Anyways, I managed to speak with someone and get my payment taken care of the next day. Second payment is due 2 weeks before surgery, payment was made on time and then 2 days later my surgery date was changed yet again!!!! Smh, the date finally arrived , to my shock , I arrive in Atlanta at 430 and am due at the office for my covid testing at 6. I get a call from the. At 445 telling me the office closes as 6 so could I come early. I rush to the office only to be left there until 630. Upon returning to the hotel I get a call informing me that my surgery for the next day has been changed from 11 am to 12 pm, at this point o have signed paper work stating if I forget my meds I have to pay them 250, if I am 15 minutes late I have to compensate their doctor at 125+ an hour, but clearly my time is not important.
Moving on to surgery day, I arrive on time, where I got to sit for 2 hours even waiting for the surgeon to come talk to me !!!!
They administer your medication while you are in a complete different room than the surgery room and then walk you, yes walk you to the surgery room!!!!
Their process is NOT pain free, the lidocaine they use to numb you is the so painful, it feels like your skin is burning. Terrible pain. Keep in mind they leave you awake because their surgeons are NOT boards certified. Once the doctor completes the numbing and your lipo you are then left on the table so he can go complete the lady he started before you!!!!!
He isn’t there when you wake up, you are not provided a faja before you leave, they shuffle you out almost immediately after it’s done.
The massage Centre is just as bad, they have 0 regard for the patients , their inability to sit or their schedules . They are only set up for 3 massage “ therapist” But usually run on two, you spend anywhere from 1 to 2 hours waiting in the waiting room for your appointment. There is nowhere for ladies to lay down, the waiting room caters to sitting patients , which makes 0 sense . They move the appointments around calling people in early even though they are already behind . Smh
They actually ran out of fajas, . I’m sure there are other things I am forgetting but my main point is I wish I had done better research and not given them my money.

I am not fighting off my second infection and abscess. I flew all the way to Atlanta for a follow up with my doctor, who only does follows up on saturdays. I was called on Friday to advise me the doctor would not be in and my follow up was canceled
