Terrible
I am not fighting off my second infection and abscess. I flew all the way to Atlanta for a follow up with my doctor, who only does follows up on saturdays. I was called on Friday to advise me the doctor would not be in and my follow up was canceled
Worst Experience Ever
This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! Let’s start with their “payment plan”. They called me the day my first payment was due and I missed the call, they emailed me so I emailed them back. I could not get though on the phone so I tried to keep emailing, which went unanswered. I then get a notice at 6 pm that day letting me know they cancelled my surgery due to non payment, it wasn’t even the end of the day!!!!! Mind you at this time they had already changed my surgery date 3 times with no consideration to the fact I live out of state and had to take care of flights and hotels and securing someone who could be with me for the surgery!!!
Anyways, I managed to speak with someone and get my payment taken care of the next day. Second payment is due 2 weeks before surgery, payment was made on time and then 2 days later my surgery date was changed yet again!!!! Smh, the date finally arrived , to my shock , I arrive in Atlanta at 430 and am due at the office for my covid testing at 6. I get a call from the. At 445 telling me the office closes as 6 so could I come early. I rush to the office only to be left there until 630. Upon returning to the hotel I get a call informing me that my surgery for the next day has been changed from 11 am to 12 pm, at this point o have signed paper work stating if I forget my meds I have to pay them 250, if I am 15 minutes late I have to compensate their doctor at 125+ an hour, but clearly my time is not important.
Moving on to surgery day, I arrive on time, where I got to sit for 2 hours even waiting for the surgeon to come talk to me !!!!
They administer your medication while you are in a complete different room than the surgery room and then walk you, yes walk you to the surgery room!!!!
Their process is NOT pain free, the lidocaine they use to numb you is the so painful, it feels like your skin is burning. Terrible pain. Keep in mind they leave you awake because their surgeons are NOT boards certified. Once the doctor completes the numbing and your lipo you are then left on the table so he can go complete the lady he started before you!!!!!
He isn’t there when you wake up, you are not provided a faja before you leave, they shuffle you out almost immediately after it’s done.
The massage Centre is just as bad, they have 0 regard for the patients , their inability to sit or their schedules . They are only set up for 3 massage “ therapist” But usually run on two, you spend anywhere from 1 to 2 hours waiting in the waiting room for your appointment. There is nowhere for ladies to lay down, the waiting room caters to sitting patients , which makes 0 sense . They move the appointments around calling people in early even though they are already behind . Smh
They actually ran out of fajas, . I’m sure there are other things I am forgetting but my main point is I wish I had done better research and not given them my money.
