Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, hands-down. I do not recommend Goals at all. From the first phone call to the last text, it has been an unpleasant experience. You get phone calls and text messages until you make payment, then it goes downhill. I was from out of town; once I got to ATL they changed my appt day and pushed it out two more days. I was scheduled at 7 am the Dr. didn't even show up till 12:30 pm. I was his 3rd patient for him. I felt like it was going to be rushed, and it was. I left at 6:30 pm! Trying to talk to anyone was extremely difficult, to say the least. I had to pay for two extra nights at the hotel, and I had to pay to change my return flight. They did nothing for their change, but if you have to reschedule it is a $500. fee, and if you are late $250. fee.
