It has been a year since my surgery - no improvement at all

I had an awful experience from the beginning. I should have run. I got lipo 360 and a BBL. Hours in the waiting room, even when you have an appointment. Never seeing the same doctor or “nurse”. No number to call if you have any questions. My surgery was set for 6:00am. I had to be there early, only to wait in a tiny room with 2 other patients for 2 hours before I was moved to the “pre-op” room. I sat in there with 6 girls for 8 hours before I was pulled back. I had Dr Hsu. He was nice. More conservative than most of the Goals doctors, which was fine with me. Fast forward to post op. I was not provided with a faja that fit me. I was squeezed into an xs because they were out of a size small. You had to wait hours to get your lymphatic drainage massages. I started to leak lymph fluid in the lobby because my bandages were so soaked. I was told several times that my faja would be mailed to me, as I live 4 hours from Atlanta. I never heard from anyone. When I called, I would get the runaround. After all of my swelling went down, I noticed my abdomen was extremely disfigured. It has been a year since my surgery and there is no improvement at all. I have called, emailed, and instagram messaged Goals, and nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOALS PLASTIC SURGERY. It is basically a butt factory. They take your money and forget about you. I don’t know how I’m going to get my abdomen fixed. Any suggestions would be great.
