Transformed my body and the results are phenomenal

Dr. Greco is the best plastic surgeon in Savannah. He is one talented man! He transformed my body and the results are phenomenal. He gave me my confidence back after a decade of 3 pregnancies and weight gain. I can't stay out the mirror! I say I look better now than I did before kids. The mommy makeover is worth it! If it's just a thought, just do it. I'd do it over again just for the results....

Q: I have a 28a cup size. I’m a 29 year old female who is 5’7". I am wondering how big someone so small should go? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. GrecoJune 20, 2020

A: Excellent question!

Look at photos of women and bring a few in with you that resembles what you are hoping for.

There are a few methods to determine the best size for you.   Measurements of your base diameter helps us plan the largest implant best for you.

Implants in a bra to determine what is harmonious in your body as well as allows us to look at what you feels is appropriate for you.  we take photos and allow you to look and discuss with friends at home as to what is too big or too little for you.

Computer generated images with your breasts and different implant dimensions can be used as well.

Then, the surgeon can determine if that size/appearance is reasonable for your body and soft tissue coveragecoverage.

Q: Should I have my implants placed over the muscle so I can continue with frequent push ups and pull ups?
Answered by Dr. GrecoJune 2, 2020

A: Excellent question.  Please read Dr. Singer's very complete answer below.   Excellent answer.

The shorter answer is  - it is all a trade off that you should discuss with your plastic surgeon, and a lot depends on how much subcutaneous fat and breast tissue you have to cover the implant, how large you want to go, and the activity you plan on doing.

I predict you will choose above the muscle and maybe an extra fill silicone implant to reduce the likelihood that you will have ripples that will be seen or felt.

Q: Follow-up: 18-year-old, size DD, saggy and wide apart breasts, what's the best surgery in my case? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. GrecoApril 11, 2020

A: You should visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your desires and to examine you.  There are many options for you - but the correct decision is based on what you want in the end.   Options include a Breast Lift, a Breast Reduction, or a combination of a lift and augmentation.

Q: I really just want a tummy tuck, with absolutely no muscle repair, and no lipo. Any hope that I can get away with this? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PalettaFebruary 25, 2020

A: First of all, congratulations on your weight loss.  Can you benefit from a tummy tuck, perhaps. Is that the best option for you? Probably not.  as long as you understand the limitations of just having an anterior tummy tuck and not tightening the muscles then That may be fine but if that doesn’t match your expectations then I would advise against that.  an in person consultation is a must for you. I never strive to “get away with it“ when I make recommendations that implies that we’re leaving too much to chance.   good luck

Q: Can my traffic-cone-shaped breasts be turned into round-shaped ones? (photos)
Answered by Dr. GrecoFebruary 17, 2020

A: You have very pretty breasts - but not exactly what you want.

Everything is a trade off.  You need an in person examination by a skilled plastic surgeon.   One has to feel the quality of your skin and the tissue that makes up your breast.

Do you want larger breasts?  Implants alone will lead to larger, rounder breast with even wider areolas.   If you are happy with your size - a type of Mastopexy ( areolar reduction or Vertical lift) might solve the problem - but with scars.

I comes down to - is will you be happier with rounder breast which are larger or rounder breast with scars or your present un operated breasts?
