From the very first phone call to walking in the front door, Dr. Horn and his team are and have been nothing short of amazing. They have been very compassionate, professional and accommodating to my every need as they have answered my every question. Maggie, the surgery coordinator and referral specialist, is wonderful. Dr. Horn is a great surgeon and is backed by an amazing team that works together to ensure patient satisfaction is exceeded. He is a rare gem. He is kind and professional. Made sure that I did not worry about my surgery. He called me with my results of the imaging and the pathology report. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He and his staff make you feel like you're the only patient there. Heather, his nurse, is fantastic and has such positive energy. Maggie, the extraordinary face of the clinic, made all communication with the office easy. Got to see her in action in the Claxton office and she came out to speak with each patient. Made each patient feel important. Can't say enough good things about my experience from start to finish.

I found the total experience with Dr Horn and his staff nothing short of first class in every aspect. The overall efficiency of the practice is the best I have ever come across. I’ve never dealt with such a professional and friendly staff! From the receptionist to the nurses and Dr. Horne, they always made me feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!!

Dr. Horn and his team gave me just the look I was going for. His nurse was very caring morning of surgery. Procedure was quick and recovery had some expected discomfort but nothing very painful. Everyone was comforting and reassuring through the emotional healing process. I have also been very pleased with how my scars have healed. Scars have been minimal since surgical tape was taken off. I’m about 4 months post surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Horn! A few years back I went though Bariatric Surgery and lost 120 lbs, as expected I had alot of loose skin and my breasts needed alot of work, I didn't think twice with my choice in a plastic surgeon because I had so many people around me use him and were completely happy with their outcome, im a few months post op and I look and feel amazing!! His bedside manner was always comfortable and never made me feel like I was just a number, his nursing staff is top notch as well, you can't go wrong using Dr. Horn and his team!

Dr. Horn and his team should be able to get 10 stars!! A little back story on myself. I have had 3 umbilical hernia and 1 tummy tuck surgery over the last 4 years. They have all failed. My scars were ugly and uneven. I was unhappy and had no confidence.

I was so lucky when I found Dr. Horn. He was the only the doctor that requested my previous records and sent me to get a CT scan to see what was going on. I knew something was wrong and no one would listen. He cared. He understood my pain. He really wanted to help me.

I chose him and my surgery was scheduled for January 10th, 2023. During surgery they discovered a baseball size hernia and that my abs had separated again about 4.5 inches acrossed. He fixed that and while I was under I asked for a breast lift with implants and some liposuction. I'm almost 1 month post op and I have never been happier with my results! My scars are healing so beautifully and I finally feel confident again! If you are on the fence about choosing a plastic surgeon look no further because you have found him! Dr. Horn and staff I can't thank y'all enough for helping me feel beautiful again!
