$7,200Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation: I've so far had a great experience but it has only been 2 weeks!

I've so far had a great experience but it has only been 2 weeks! My dr, (Dr Tehrani) is amazing! It will still be a while for the final outcome but so far so good! I would definitely recommend my Dr to anyone in the high desert. Also the team at the surgical center is the best! Updated on 3 Apr 2020: Love my girls now. They feel good and they aren't as sensitive anymore. Took a while for them to look and feel right but it was well worth it. It took a while for me to learn that being patient is totally the key. Be strong and be patient. Dont stress out and believe that all will be good in time. One of my girls took about a month longer to drop and my stomach became swollen after surgery and I freaked out about any little thing. My dominant side took longer to heal because I insisted on trying to do things for myself soon after my surgery. Once I realized I couldn't actually do much I had to just sit back and relax and enjoy the ride. Lol.

Fantastic results!

Dr Tehrani was amazing to work with, immediately at our consult I trusted anything he wanted to go with to achieve what I had in mind. His work was perfect from the day of surgery. Despite the initial couple of days recovery, my recovery was so speedy and my new additions have looked perfectly placed from the start and still do! My scars look very unnoticeable. Overall amazing experience! Also Lacy is fantastic and was quite LITERALLY always available and wonderful if I had anything I needed advice wise or medical wise!

BodyTite

Revision of Vaser & Addition of Bodytite

I went in to have the revision done on 4/25/18. I would like to start by explaining what I was told prior to going in for the revision. I was told that I would be sleepy and likely sleep through most of the procedure, and that it would be painless as the tumescent solution used has lidocaine for localized numbing that would also help with the after pain. I was also told that the procedure was so simple, that I would be able to resume normal function the next day as the after results would only be mild soreness. This revision was to correct an uneven area on my lower abdomen and to address fat that had not been removed in the initial procedure over my hip bones. I had also added the Bodytite to help address the sagging skin that remained despite the use of JPlazty with the first procedure. I took the medication as directed by the office, 1 Norco 5/325, 1 Halcion and 1 Benadryl 30min prior to my scheduled procedure. Although I felt a little loopy, I was not particularly drowsy. The procedure started and so did the pain. This was extremely painful. I did not sleep at all, in fact I was talking with the Dr. and explaining my extreme pain the whole time. I cant even imagine how I could have slept with that degree of pain. When the procedure ended I was up and getting dressed to leave as fast as possible. My pain level was so bad, that my entire abdomen was throbbing and I probably only slept 3-4 hours that entire day and night due to pain. I genuinely felt like something went wrong, I was promised a rather benign procedure and felt that I got tortured instead. And when I explained that my pain was through the roof, they just said that I didn't respond to the lidocaine in the tumescent?!?!? They even proceeded to tell me that they did the same procedure on someone else after mine and she slept the whole time, although I am not sure how that is supposed to help me in this case. There is definitely not a drop of sympathy, in fact the office and Dr seem shocked or bothered by my frustration at the fact that I had so much pain with this procedure that they promised was going to be a simple and painless thing. My pain yesterday was better than on the day of, the throbbing had mostly resolved and was just left with mild pain at rest and moderate pain with movement. I went for my first office follow up and they began ultra sounding my abdomen. Today is day 2 out from the procedure and I am even better. I am still rather sore, and it takes a bit to go from laying to standing. But overall I do feel better, no more throbbing at all and only moderate soreness with motion. However, I do not feel like I am at normal function and am grateful that I am not working the next couple days. I had another ultrasound today and will go back next week for a check up and likely another ultrasound. We will see how this all goes. I am glad that the pain is subsiding... This was not at all the experience that I was sold on.... or expecting, so I am just trying to accept it and move on. The "before" pics are at 4months post of from my original procedure (Vaser/JPlazt/BBL). Updated on 3 May 2018: So I am happy to say that I am feeling much better than the first couple of days after my revision. My discomfort is minimal and mostly related to contact with the area that was worked on. I am massaging with Arnica oil to help with the hard lumps on the upper border of where the work was done. I am still swelling quite a bit from hip to hip and over my pubic area. I had another ultrasound today and will every week until week 6 when I see the Dr. Again. I am just so happy that the recovery is true to what I was told it would be. So far so good! Updated on 29 May 2018: So I am 1month out from the Vaser revision and addition of Bodytite. I am feeling pretty good, the skin is still somewhat lax, but I believe I wont see much result until 3-6 months(maybe 1yr) in that area. As it stands I have some hard lumps that extend from my bellybutton to the lateral sides of my abdomen that are still a little tender, but nothing too bad. I do feel like I have seen an improvement in my overall shape, but also think I am a bit swollen. So I am just being patient with my body as it heals. I see the Dr. next week for a follow up. Updated on 29 May 2018: It is now 1month since my revision and I feel pretty good with where I am at. I am still a bit swollen, but feel good otherwise. I have a few hard lumps surrounding my bellybutton but hope those go away with time. I see the Dr. Next week for a follow up. Updated on 3 Jul 2018: I feel really good! I understand that the skin tightening from the Bodytite is supposed to become apparent from 3-6months post and feel like I am already seeing a significant improvement!! I do still feel like I look a bit uneven, but I feel like it is improving. :) I still have a few small hard lumpy areas that I am working to massage and they also seem to be getting smaller with time and consistent massaging.
