preservation deep plane facelift and facial rejuvenation

I am Registered Nurse/ first assistant and have practiced for 30 years. When I decided to have cosmetic surgery, I was diligent in choosing the best surgeon I could find, asking hospital staff and friends who were familiar with the procedures and results.

Traveling a long distance for pre and post op care was worth the effort. My experience is worth sharing with you.

To the very best plastic surgeon:
Dr Sadati and I agreed to a Preservation Deep Plane Face and Neck lift and Fat Grafting to my face. The pre operative preparation was more than I expected in the best way….,,meds to decrease bruising and inflammation the week before, IV hydration and blue light for infection control day of surgery, MAC anesthesia (not general), and 5 days of O2 therapy to enhance post op healing. I have worked in a number of plastic surgery centers and never saw such comprehensive care for patients. The staff was wonderful and all were very focused on my individual needs and questions. It was worth the extra planning for long distance care. I highly recommend a visit to Dr Sadati.
