Terrible experience, literally wanted to cry out of frustration. Wasted 4 hours of my time. My appointment was at 2pm, after waiting 2 hours (4pm) they FINALLY began prepping my room and setting up to draw blood and apply numbing… 30 mins later they then informed me the treatment would only include HALF of what was originally stated (I would have to make another $1500 appointment to receive the other half). Mind you, I drove 45 mins to the darn office. Very disorganized staff (hence the ridiculous waiting time). Def would not recommend, save your TIME and MONEY - go somewhere else. Left without treatment and they were very nonchalant- no one followed up to even remotely things right.
Worse experience I ever have I both a package for 2 chemical peels. Come back after 6 six weeks to get the second peel, they told me they didn’t see it on file and the esthetician was extremely rude to me and told me to lower my voice. I got obsessed and left. My sister called them and the manager told her they were looking at the wrong file, I was right, that I should come back and get my 2nd peel and they will apologize to me.I went back the next day, no apology from the esthetician. I can tell she was annoyed when she was doing my peel but I didn’t wanna say anything. Usually when I do my peel you fell the tingling and burning. This time I didn’t feel anything, 2,3,4, days later no peel and my face was itching and lips swelling. I had to go the hospital she literally sabotage my face
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR FACE!! Please do not waste your money or time! You will be left looking worse than before after spending a few hundred dollars! Literally the worst experience of my life!! Not only did I get drop eye from having Botox too close to my eye muscle, the customer service is beyond horrible!! After asking me to go to their office for a 3rd visit, driving 20 miles one way, we agreed on a zoom call. After 50 min of waiting, they never entered the call!! Please don’t expect good customer service and DO NOT pay for any services! Telemedicine??? How about bad skills, not understanding the facial muscle anatomy and even worse customer service. It’s more like telequack if they even take the I have never been so let down by any customer service organization. And after all of that, I never even got a call apologizing or trying to reschedule the doctors’ no show soon appt!! Left out one huge red flag. On my first visit, the aesthetician and I talked about a laser treatment/procedure. She offered to give me more information to look at when I returned home. She brought me a picture of a lady that had amazing results. She said that it was “her patient”. The results were so good that I actually clarified it by saying “so you actually did this patient?” She replied “yes” she did. Upon returning home, I googled the procedure and read reviews and there was the picture! It was no more her patient than it was mine!! Wow! They are not trustworthy, do bad work and have even worse customer service!
Never again! On day one I was assessed for the appropriate treatment by a business manager rather than a legitimate health care professional! Since the treatment was advertised as a "lunch time" process with "little down time", I didn't question this. Long story short, the treatment was not as simple as presented and I wasn't provided post care instructions. Further, I had to call the office several times just to beg for pain medication (for unexpected and unbelievable pain). I was prescribed a few Gabepentin tablets. Any one with experience with this medication knows that it takes more than a day or so for this drug to work. I was literally in tears. Although, I have expressed my concerns with this center, I have yet to receive a simple follow-up phone call. The entire process caused me to miss three days of work and endure considerable pain. Here's detail regarding my experience: Free Consultation Appointment! - Met the business manager who asked me to undress. The business manager performed an assessment and identified that I was an appropriate candidate for cool sculpting. With a very convincing business manager, my appointment was booked for the next few days and payment was taken immediately (of course). Day 1: Four cycles of cool sculpting performed to upper, lower, right and left abdomen. I wanted to quit after round 2, but was informed that it would negatively impact results (uneven). The "vacuum" hurts and so did the "massage". Days 2 & 3: Swelling, numbness, a little sore to touch Day 4: The numbness wore off, my nerves were now awake and the onset of pain begun Day 5: Contacted center and was prescribed Gabepentin and Lidocaine patches Days 6 - 8: Agonizing pain Days 9 & 10: Begin to experience some relief Day 11: First day without pain In conclusion, I haven't been interested in monitoring my progress because no amount of inches that fall off as a result of this treatment warrants having to manage nearly a week of pain. It was not worth it in my opinion. I was only looking for enhancement and something. Instead, I feel foolish from buyer's remorse and regret torturing my body when I would rather have spent that time at the gym instead of managing pain.
