I Had a Very Bad Experience

Worse experience I ever have

I both a package for 2 chemical peels. Come back after 6 six weeks to get the second peel, they told me they didn’t see it on file and the esthetician was extremely rude to me and told me to lower my voice. I got obsessed and left. My sister called them and the manager told her they were looking at the wrong file, I was right, that I should come back and get my 2nd peel and they will apologize to me.

I went back the next day, no apology from the esthetician. I can tell she was annoyed when she was doing my peel but I didn’t wanna say anything. 

Usually when I do my peel you fell the tingling and burning. This time I didn’t feel anything, 2,3,4, days later no peel and my face was itching and lips swelling. I had to go the hospital she literally sabotage my face
