Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with my breast augmentation by Dr. Franklin D. Richards. The center itself is convenient and beautiful. Surgery is done in the same office so there is no need to travel elsewhere. The staff and physicians are inviting and knowledgeable. Surgery itself was quick and healing was not at all strenuous. I was back to work in just two weeks. Dr. Richards...
Dr. Richard was absolutely incredible. I've had a tooth canal that required more recovery than this breast augmentation. I was able to up and walking in two days and I was almost entirely back to normal after two weeks. I cannot recommend him enough.
I had a breast augmentation and a crescent lift in Nov 2023 with Dr. Richards and I would highly recommend him and his team. Dr. Richards and team are informative, patient, caring and easily reachable. I love my results and had a great experience. As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.
If I could give 10/10 stars I would. I had 4 consults prior to seeing Dr. Magge. The other surgeons I spoke with seemed so quick to ignore anything I was saying and immediately just throw pricing at me. Everything felt very automated and scripted. Jump to Dr. Magge and his team at CSA, night and day. I hate to use the term they felt like "family" but their team truly did. For anyone...
Dr. Richards is knowledgeable and kind. After researching and reading many reviews I had my upper and lower eyelids done. Dr. Richards made sure I was happy with my results. His team was comforting and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin Richards. My eyes look terrific. I also work with Tiffany for Botox and filler. The office staff is kind and professional as well.
A: From your photos, you do not appear to have gynecomastia. You do not have feminine volume of the breasts or puffiness behind the nipples.
A: Each particular doctor may have an anesthesia preference to treat gynecomastia. It can be done with either general or local/sedation. I prefer local/sedation and patients tolerate it extremely well. It reduces cost and there is usually less post-op fogginess, nausea and sore throat.
A: Thank you for your question. Not only is this possible, this is how I routinely perform my gynecomastia surgeries. I generally use a little bit of sedation to make the numbing of the chest less painful and then let the tumescent solution sit before performing liposuction and gland excision. If you call around, you should hopefully be able to find a surgeon near you who performs the procedure similarly. All the best,
A: Thank you for your question. In my opinion, scars should be as inconspicuous as possible. I generally try to place my lipo access scars in the armpits, but this is best discussed with your surgeon in advance. All the best,
A: Thank you for your photos. Yes...this is gynecomastia and can be nicely treated. This can be done through direct excision using an incision around the nipple. It can also be removed using minimally invasive techniques though a small puncture in your armpit area. Any surrounding gynecomastia of the breast outside of the nipple area can also be removed at the same time.
