I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Magge! I felt like I had melted after losing 135 pounds. I felt amazing, but the loose skin on my face, neck, stomach…. Ok, everywhere sort of bothered me. I met with several surgeons and Dr. Magge stood out above them all. I know plastic surgeons are as much artist as surgeon, but he really really listened to me. I was very nervous about wanting a natural look, from my deep plane facelift to my breast lift. I was nervous about doing implants, but he talked me through the aesthetic options and I’m so glad I went with his recommendation despite my nerves. While I had a tummy tuck and brachioplasty too, the deep plane facelift lift has been transformative. I look amazing, but it’s so natural. I look like a refreshed and younger me. I also respect he was honest about procedures he didn’t think I’d get a great result, or so slight a result he didn’t recommend. The whole staff was incredibly supportive and professional. They even juggled things so I could do one of my surgeries right before the Christmas holiday and Dr. Magge called me personally to check in after each procedure. Thank you, Dr. Magge!

I had a breast lift and reduction and tummy tuck with Dr. Franklin Richards at Cosmetic Surgery Associates at the end of January 2025, and I am thrilled with my results. I found Dr. Richards and his entire team to be professional and kind. I got norovirus a few weeks after surgery and was worried I had damaged my muscle repair and Dr. Richards got me in right away to check it and reassure me that everything was as it should be. Highly recommend, life changing for me.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Richards and his staff from consultation to post-op check-in’s! I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what procedure was right for me but I knew what I wanted the outcome to be. I set up a consultation and Joanne walked me through the options. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and didn’t want without pressure to choose a certain procedure. Dr. Richards advised on the procedure that would be best for the outcomes I wanted, answered all my questions, and I felt confident in his capabilities! For the pre-op appointment, I got to review surgery day plans and they covered everything in detail and made sure I was confident in my decision. Surgery day was a breeze! The operating staff and Anesthesiologist told me exactly what I should expect and helped ease my anxiety. They coordinated well with my sister who was picking me up after surgery and gave clear instructions for the day or two post-op. I had Dr. Richard’s phone number to reach out to if I had any questions or concerns after the operation and he even followed up with me the day after to check in on how I was doing. Shaila was the best nurse and point of contact! She answered dozens of questions in the weeks following surgery and never made me feel like it was a burden. I can’t recommend Dr. Richards and his staff enough! The knowledge, care, and attention given to me throughout the process was everything I needed as a first time patient.

I had consultations with 4 practices and Dr. Richards understood the natural looking result I wanted to achieve. Other surgeons wanted to make the final decision for me in the OR but I knew exactly what size and profile I would get before surgery with Dr. Richards. I was told many times by other doctors that I did not want a classic profile implant but Dr. Richards actually listened to me with an open mind and made sure I would be happy with the results. I am totally thrilled with my results! His incisions are beautiful and I had just the tiniest amount of bruising. He is such an experienced and gifted surgeon, I would do it all over again and it was absolutely worth it!

Dr. Magge is great. His experience with gynecomastia procedures made me feel comfortable working with him and I’m really happy with the results. Wish I had done it 10 years ago. Hi! I have recently had multiple procedures performed by Dr. Magge. I have lost 175 pounds and had a lot of excess skin. I was feeling horrible about the way I was looking and it set me into a pretty deep depression. The excess skin I was left with looked so much worse than the excess weight did. It was time for the skin removal. I did a ton of research and thank God a friend of mine recommend Dr. Magge so i checked him out and made a consultation. BEST decision of my life !! The staff greeted me so warm and friendly and then I met Dr. Magge!! He was awesome!! He listened to all of my concerns, hesitations and answered all of my questions. He made me feel at ease about plastic surgery!! He is so kind, knowledgeable and friendly!! Okay, so.. I ended up getting a tummy tuck, breast reduction, back lift, arm skin removal, breast implants, lower and upper eyes done aaaaand my favey fave my deep plane face lift !!
