I chose Dr. Alan Gonzalez for my breast implant removal and reconstruction due to Breast Implant Illness (Asian Syndrome), and it was the best decision I’ve made for my health. From the very first consultation, Dr. Gonzalez listened without judgment, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely supported.
The surgery went smoothly, and the results are more than I could have hoped for. I feel healthy, confident, and like myself again. His work is not only technically excellent, but truly thoughtful.

I underwent a septo/rhinoplasty and buccal fat removal surgery with Dr. Alan Gonzalez . I did my surgery on 3/26/2025 in his Cali, Colombia location.From the moment they took off the cast from my nose I was in love.

I did have lots of swelling in my chin/ jaw area from the buccal fat removal so I needed a little more time with this. Once my swelling started going down in my cheeks /face I could tell the huge difference. It looked so much slimmer/ defined. I’ll see my final rhinoplasty results in a year and my buccal fat final results in 6 months. You must TRUST THE PROCESS!!! ( and also follow all pre / post op instructions)

Honestly I was mostly scared going into surgery for my nose because I didn’t want to look worse or feared my new nose not fitting my face. I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of before/ after photos so I got over my fears. I decided to put my faith in Dr. Alan’s hands. I thank god that I crossed paths with him because I can’t imagine any other surgeon touching my face. He is a truly a skilled surgeon. The results speak for themselves.

I am 1 month and a week post-op now. I’ve never felt so happy before in my 28 years of living. I am truly grateful for you doctor! Thank you for helping me achieve my esthetic goals. I will be back to post more pictures in 6months , and after a year for final results !

Hola Mi nombre es odalina garido soy de la ciudad de baltimore Maryland fui a la ciudad de Barranquilla Colombia a hacerme una explantación con levantamiento de senos con el doctor Alan González y quiero darle las gracias a él y a todo su equipo por el excelente trabajo y atención que me brindaron durante el tiempo que estuve allá tengo tres semanas desde que me realice la explantaccion con levantamiento de senos y soy testigo que el doctor alan gonzales tiene unas manos de angel por que en ningun momento senti ningun dolor y mis sicatres estan sanando muy bien y seven muy bonitas por que el doctor me realiso un trabajo maravilloso estoy muy felis por que gracias al doctor estoy descansando de todos los sintomas que estaba paseciendo yo aconsejo a todas esas mujeres que estan padeciendo de algun sintoma y los doctores no les dan respuestan y tienen implantes comiensen a considerar quitarcelos por que yo soy testigo la fustracion que se siente no incontrar respuesta ahora despues de dos años estoy sintiendo que mi vida esta regresando ami cuerpo y de nuevo quiero agradeser al doctor alan gonzales y a todo su equipo por la atencion tan cordial y maravillosa que me dieron desde el primer dia que me comunique con ellos. la verdad son tantas cosas que quisiera decir que me quedo corta porque yo me regrese a casa muy sastifecha y feliz y primeramente en Dios el otro año regresare a barranquia colombia para que sigan cuidando de mi piel. de nuevo gracias Dr Alan Gonzalez y excelente equipo

I can start this review by saying that I decided to remove my implants after 19 years with them.
Which caused all kinds of illnesses, all the illnesses that have to do with the immune system, almost all of them I had.
My sister who was going through the same problems as me started her search, she found a video of a well-known person who was Explata by Dr. Alan Gonzalez, she gave me the information and I made the appointments.
From the moment I had my first contact with Dr. Alan Gonzalez, I felt that I was going to be in good hands.
I visited all the doctors who were treating my poor health, which were quite a lot and the Dr.'s team was with us step by step, when I tell you that even a nutritionist contacted us to tell us what to eat based on our health and the procedures we were going to undergo, also the anesthesiologist contacted us before we arrived to give us instructions, they were so kind to pick us up at the airport and take us back, let's talk about that group of professionals at the Baranquilla clinic, I couldn't believe so much attention and care, daily check-ups, massages by qualified personnel like Loreinis and recommendations on how to improve health.
The doctor came after the surgery to explain what he found and how the surgery was, I have no words to express the type of professionalism we are talking about and then the doctor took care of reviewing the surgery and also making my face beautiful while I was recovering, I highly recommend Draveronica Soto. With all that being said, you won't be in better hands than Dr. Alan Gonzalez and Care Me 360. one month post-op photo.

I live in the United States and I consulted several surgeons for the procedure and none convinced me. After much searching, I found Dr. Gonzales through Google and his IG account…after learning about him and his passion in helping women all walks of life with Asia syndrome/ Breast Implant Illness, I decided he was going to be my surgeon no matter what.

From the first consultation I knew I was in good hands. He listened to me and explained everything very well. He gave me the confidence I needed to decide to travel to Colombia and do it there. Dr. Alan is a nice person, honest, professional and humble, apart from being the best in his field. The consultation with him and the anesthesiologist were excellent, effective and efficient. I felt confident that everything was going to be a success. The communication was exceptional, professional and compassionate. Upon arriving in Barranquilla, Colombia everything was even better… the transportation, pre-op, surgery and care were more than excellent, they were exceptional. I consulted with a nutritionist (Dr. Alan's team) pre and post-op so that everything would be a success. And so it was, a great SUCCESS! The hospital and the doctor's office were excellent... the post-op care helped a lot so that my recovery was successful. His nurses, coordinators, receptionists were compassionate and professional... It was the best thing I could have done.

Barranquilla, Colombia is a safe, beautiful city, full of culture and nice things to enjoy.

I recommend Dr. Alan and his team 100%. I can't say enough about how blessed I am to have them as part of my recovery and healing journey. It has been two and a half months since my surgery and I feel amazing and much better with my health. I know my body is healing and will continue to heal more.

If you have health problems and have breast implants, get informed, it's not easy to make the decision to explant, but your health is worth more, it matters!! YOU matter and you have to be your own advocate… At the end of the day you will feel much better and realize you made the best decision possible.
