Awful Experience
I am very upset and disappointed with the Miradry procedure I had done here in October 2020. First, every time I went, I would always end up waiting at least 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, which I get it you can run behind, but this happened all 4 times I went. I went for the consult and it was fine, Amy was very nice and performed my procedure the 2nd time I went in. My size was definitely not taken into account for the procedure as I was given way to much lidocaine

I think coolsculpting is a wonderful treatment option for people who are already in shape with problem areas. I am a very active person that had a little extra fat on my abdomen from having two babies. I was happy with my abdomen but thought there could be improvement. Unfortunately, Bridget Kelly with Dr. Soto's office left my abdomen with demarcations all over because of improper use of the devices.
