I went to Dr. Olson in Sep of 2021 for a BBL and liposuction to stomach and love handles (and J Plasma). I decided to move forward with Dr. Olson particularly because of how accommodating his staff was compared to other surgeons and staff in the AZ area. I was 175lbs, and height is 5’1 so I was overweight at the time, with fat rolls. Dr. Olson did set the realistic expectation that I wouldn’t get the super flat tummy due to the amount of fat I had. We also opted not to do a tummy tuck since I do not have any children yet. Accepting this, I decided to go through anyway and Dr. Olson truly undersold himself. He over exceeded my expectations and this is just 1 round of BBL. My quality of life has greatly improved, and I have Dr. Olson and his amazing staff to thank for that. When it’s time for my implant exchange (implants done by another surgeon) I will likely go to Dr. Olson because of how safe and comfortable I was in his care. Thank you Dr. Olson for these beautiful curves!

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Olson and his staff. From the very beginning they were very welcoming and helpful. I was able to ask as many questions needed without feeling like I was bothering them. The day of surgery they made sure I felt comfortable and was taken care of. This office has honestly got to be the best facility ever. The staff is incredible and Dr. Olson is a perfectionist!!! I moved to Arizona three years ago and was in dire need of an implant explant. I found this office and never looked back. I use their monthly med spa services and my skin has never looked better.

A couple years ago my hormones began shifting and I had developed the dreaded menopausal belly. I sought out a consultation once again with Dr. Olson and had my tummy tuck February of this year. I am over the moon with the results. Dr Olson is honest and upfront. His medical team is there for all your questions at any time. I had my first breast augmentation performed by Dr. Josh Olson on June 11th of this year. From the first phone call, I had the most fantastic experience! Everyone in the office is so friendly, professional, and kind! The entire office staff is terrific; they are lovely and are willing to take the time to go over all your questions.

Now- For the best part! I was over the moon excited about having this surgery. I can not tell you the confidence boost I have and how much fun clothes shopping is now! I never sprouted when all my other friends grew their glorious girls. Then on top of that lucky card draw, I had two kids, both of which I breastfed for a significant amount of time, which ultimately left me with even less breast tissue than I had before- leaving me, well, even more lopsided. I decided to have this procedure done as I have always dreamed of having beautiful breasts, and I wanted to do this for myself.

When I went to my surgery consultation with Dr. Olson, I felt so comfortable with him as soon as he entered the room. He was patient, kind, went over all my questions and concerns, explained the procedure, and went over what to expect for my results based on my anatomy. I tried on various "sizers" and was struggling with what size to go. I was so concerned about going either too big or too small. I informed him of what I would like at the end, which was not having drastic lop-sidedness and finally enjoying wearing all the fun clothes! Based on my anatomy and after talking with him, we decided on the type and cc I had in mind and which he felt was most appropriate for what I was wanting. My left "girl" had hardly any breast tissue. He assured me that he would place different sizes during surgery and make sure that I looked proportional and that I would be happy with my results. I am beyond ecstatic with my experience and results!

I had been following Dr. Olson on Instagram for a while before I decided to book a consult. His work is incredible! I know that I am just one patient but let me tell you- if you want any work done- this is the place to go! Dr. Olson truly cares about each one of his patients and wants them to feel confident and happy with their results. I have never known a doctor to call or text you after surgery to see how you're doing and let you know that he is available to you with any questions or concerns. Came back to post before and after photos! I had an incredible experience with Dr Olson and his entire staff. I am currently 4 weeks post surgery from my breast augmentation. I am so happy with my new girls. Dr Olson has always made himself available for any questions or concerns that I have had. He calls or texts you to check in on you after surgery. He takes the time to listen to what you’re wanting for your end result. Dr Olson is truly an incredible and talented surgeon! He’s the best, so look no further and avoid all the other consults with other doctors. Book one with Dr Olson and you will know you made the right choice! He’s truly cares about all his patients and is the utmost skilled and talented plastic surgeon. I am so thrilled with my results and will continue to go back to Dr Olson for any future surgeries.

I simply can't say enough good things about Dr. Olson and my experience at Advanced Plastic Surgery. Dr. Olson, besides being an amazing surgeon, is also very personable and made me feel so comfortable during each and every step of the process. He TRULY listened to my wants as well as my concerns and helped customize my experience to give me EXACTLY what I wanted! Every member of his staff is exceptionally friendly and professional (as well as gorgeous). From the receptionist, to the schedulers, to the nurses, the entire staff was on par with the best of the best. Since my breast aug (about 2.5 weeks ago) I have been asked who my "incredible" "gifted" "skilled" "perfectionist" surgeon was. Everywhere I go. Strangers. Acquaintances and classmates have pulled me aside to ask for his office information. I even asked his sweetheart of a receptionist for some cards at my post-op appointment so I could more easily refer him! I initially had gone to Dr. Olson for my 2nd rhinoplasty consult (later decided against having the procedure done) but still knew that I had found the office and the doctor that I would choose for any future cosmetic upgrades. With Dr. Olson's guidance, I chose 415/450cc high profile, round, silicone implants (under the muscle). 2 weeks later I am healed and could NOT be happier with my results!!!! I will be returning to Dr. Olson in the future and I hope that others choose him as well - Get the results you want!

The most striking impression for me is the professional thorough review of the procedure that I was about to undertake. I ask a lot of questions. Dr. Olson and his staff adequately explained the risks and the benefits of j plasma skin resurfacing for upper and lower eyelids. They gave realistic expectations for the weekly changes that the skin of the eye area would undergo. Their timeline description eased the stress of recovery. Two months post j plasma the skin around the eyes may appear red. Therefore, at two months it wasn't a surprise that the skin area was still red "Panda" eyes. Still in the healing phase, I expect to have a beautiful result in another month.

Dr Olson came recommended to me by a friend who did extensive research before her own surgery. I saw him initially about 1 year ago for a consult on a total mommy makeover and decided to go with the breast lift and augmentation. His office staff are warm and professional and make you feel totally comfortable through every part of the process. I was so satisfied with my breasts that a year later I came back for the tummy tuck consultation. I was much more nervous with this surgery just because I heard how much more invasive it is. Dr. Olson is a very patient and kind doctor who answers all of your questions and doesn't make you feel silly for asking. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails. From the first phone call I made, I knew I was in the right place for my augmentation procedure. I had originally gone to another plastic surgeon who tried to convince me I needed a lift, as well, which I didn't feel was necessary and made me extremely apprehensive. They also charged me over $700 more than my final quote. I was upset and frustrated, but was also prepared for the procedure. When I found Dr. Olson, he was everything I could have asked for and more in a doctor. He and all of the girls in the office were AMAZING! They listened to my concerns, were sincere and understanding and in 5 minutes of meeting them, I felt calm, relaxed and completely reassured that Dr. Olson was the right choice. In just a couple of weeks I will be undergoing the following procedures:

Explant (sientra classic-textured implants 450cc/400cc)
Liposuction of the lower/upper abdomen and flanks
Fat transfer to breasts

The reason for the procedure is that I really dislike and have been somewhat embarrassed by my breast implants. They are very rounded, which is what I was trying to avoid by picking sientra classic-textured implants. I was told they would help me achieve a more natural, low profile look. My results look like your average silicone, rounded breast implants. I have gained about 25 lbs. after the first procedure, and am going to use that fat to keep some of the volume in my breasts.

I am documenting my journey throughout the whole process. This website has helped so much from all the shared stories and thoughts of women. I would like to give back to the community by sharing mine :)

This is the look I want to achieve. I have broad shoulders like Jessica, so I always thought large implants look awkward with my build. I like the fullness and subtly of her breasts. She can make them look sexy when she wants or downplay them.

I weight train about 4-5 times a week. I know once I have surgery next week I'll be out of commission. The doctor says I should be able to walk around fine by second week, and return to normal activity by the 3rd. He warned me of swelling if I push myself too hard. I'm coming up to the end of my college semester, so I've only had enough time to visit the gym 2-3 times a week for the past 3 weeks.

The liposuction will give me a jumpstart into reclaiming my old body. I know after surgery, I will still need to workout and eat healthy to maintain or improve my shape.

I used to be more confident with smaller breasts. I had no idea how "in your face" my breasts were going to turn out. I cringe every time I see a pic with me and these implants. YAY!!! can't wait until next week.

I'm flying to Arizona tomorrow where I'll be getting the surgery. By the time I arrive it will be late, so I wanted to post now. I've been so busy these past three weeks, and I can't believe I'll be flying out tomorrow!!! Ahhh!! I'm so excited! It hasn't hit yet, that the surgery is in 3 more days! So crazy. Any suggestions on prep items after a lipo? I'm staying in a hotel so I have to go out and buy anything I might need around the room.

I must say that I have been impressed by Dr. Olson's staff since the moment I called the Advanced Plastic Surgery clinic and spoke with Candace, the receptionist. She was very competent, kind, and efficient as the acting liaison between Dr. Olson and I. Before I flew out here, I spoke to Dr. Olson over the phone and he was very thorough with explaining the procedure. I also spoke to Patty, who helped me with processing the payment and securing the appointment. She was also very helpful and kind.

Today, I got to meet Candace, Dr. Olson, and Brittany, his medical assistance. I was treated very warmly and had positive vibes during my pre-op appointment. I was feeling a little anxious and I left feeling calm and confident about going into surgery tomorrow.

So I made it out of surgery just fine. I'm still amazed by the warm personalities of Dr. Olson's team. I felt very taken care of.

The anesthesia hasn't worn off yet. My bandages soaked up pretty quickly and I re-bandaged them with maxi pads and gauze. I know everything has to heal, but I'm REALLY happy with what I've seen so far. I feel so good without those implants on my chest any more! I'm getting ready to pass out. I can barely keep my eyes open from the lack of sleep and medication running through my system....????????

I was expecting so much worse when I looked at my breast. They look good already and way more natural! I will probably lose a cup or so once healed, but in fine with that.

I am really pleased with my results so far! The doctor said he didn't want to take too much during lipo because I have dense fat and it could cause rippling. I finally stopped leaking out my incisions today. I handwashed my compression garment today and am letting it dry. I was able to walk around for a couple of hours and I barely feel any pain. Just a little sore when I laugh. Completely off pain meds.

Except for my breast size, I'm feeling closer to my old body. I just need to be patient. I read from many blogs that the breast size decreases after the 6 week mark. I'm hoping to drop a whole cup size then another, once I drop some weight. I'm feeling a little low today, because I feel that people can be so judgmental about plastic surgery. There's all of these stigmas that come with it, but I guess we're all judged for something no matter what. Does anybody else feel that way? It's just disappointing and sad sometimes.

I'm still wearing a soft bra. I haven't gone out to buy any new bras since my breast will probably shrink in a month. It seems like from the majority of posts I've read, that a cup is lost by the 6th week.

I started massaging my stomach with an electronic massager about 4 days ago. That is the only time I feel any pain, but it is bearable. I am back to weight lifting and using the elliptical machine. I lowered my usual weight by about 30% but increased reps. I haven't started to run yet because it feels a bit weird to feel the scar tissue tug lol. Still happy with results :) will post pics by 6 wk mark with measurements

Hello! Here are some pics at my 1 month-ish mark. I am still waiting to get fitted for a bra size in about 2 more weeks. I kept a lot of volume with working out, but I can definitely feel that my sports bras are fitting a lot looser. I'm actually surprised at how much fat has stayed despite exercise 5 days a week. At first I was afraid of losing too much but now that this time has passed with rigorous exercise, I'm thinking I'm going to be ok in the boob department. At least for my standards anyway. Once I slim up some more, I think my boobs will be at my desired size.

As for the lipo, incisions are healing up nicely and I'm able to exercise every muscle group including abs. Still lumpy in some areas but I know that will go away in time. Still keeping up with electronic massage regimen.

I've been using this for about 10-15 min a night on lipo'd areas. It was a little painful at first, but barely bothers me now. I originally bought it to get rid of knots in my muscles and thought to try it on lumpy areas. It definitely helped break up scar tissue underneath my skin.

So now that it has been 6 weeks, I went to get measured at Victoria's Secret. I measured at a 38D. Some of the bras were too big in band but when I tried a 36D it was too small lol. Ugh idk what is going on so I just bought some bralettes to suffice until I lose more weight. A week after my surgery I fit a 36 DD so I lost about a cup total. Not bad and I retained more than expected with 450/400cc fill. I'm happy with my size because I will lose more as I continue to lose weight. I rather have too much that I will shrink with working out than having too little and not wanting to lose the weight to preserve the girls.
