Dr Olson came recommended to me by a friend who did extensive research before her own surgery. I saw him initially about 1 year ago for a consult on a total mommy makeover and decided to go with the breast lift and augmentation. His office staff are warm and professional and make you feel totally comfortable through every part of the process. I was so satisfied with my breasts that a year later I came back for the tummy tuck consultation. I was much more nervous with this surgery just because I heard how much more invasive it is. Dr. Olson is a very patient and kind doctor who answers all of your questions and doesn't make you feel silly for asking. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails. I am so impressed and happy with my results I wanted to make sure more people know just how outstanding he and his staff are. If you are looking to improve an area of your body through cosmetic surgery I HIGHLY recommend Dr Josh Olson at The Advanced Plastic Surgery Institute.

Thank you for sharing your results with the community.  We would love to see the after pictures.  How did the first two weeks of recovery go for you?

Hi there! My toughest challenges were finding a comfy spot to sleep, we don't own a recliner and the bed was out of the question. Other than that I had a hard time sitting still, I got a little stir crazy. I learned my lesson pretty quick though I went out a few times and it was exhausting. Also about week 3 I had to travel for work and that was really tough! The compression garment is a love/hate relation ship. I don't know if you can tell by the before pic but I don't have a lot of room between the bottom of my ribcage and my hip bone so it definitely squeezes me tight. After eating is the worst. But I have realized if I cut down on sodium, drink lots of water and don't overeat at a mean (which means literally about 5 bites) then it's not as uncomfortable. I will post some more pics.

Reading your comment gave me flash backs to my experience, UGH!    It's definitely a crazy ride for a while.  I had to get all dressed up for my nephews wedding reception when I was about 16 days post op.  I was so miserable I thought I would pop.  My swelling was crazy, couldn't eat much at all, and I had to pee every 30 minutes.  I was so exhausted within the first 2 hours.  I hardly made it past dinner and we had to go.  I had to recline the seat back in the car on the way home.
