	This patient was unhappy not only with the position and shape of her brows, but the excess loose skin of her face and neck. I performed an endoscopic browlift through small incisions hidden behind her hairline, as well as a lower face and neck lift, an upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to her cheeks. This combination of procedures has given her an improved jawline, neckline, brow position and cheek fullness, as well as an overall refreshed, youthful look.

Lower Facelift

When this 60 year old patient came to Dr. Kevin Sadati for a cosmetic consultation her chief complaint with extra skin around her lower face and neck area. As a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Kevin Sadati performed a lower face and neck lift without the need for general anesthesia. This patient came to me on a mission, which was to fight the aging process. Although noninvasive and minimally invasive procedures are appropriate in this situation, she made it clear that she was not looking for fillers or botox. She wanted her face back to where it was a few years ago. I created a treatment plan which involved performing a lower facelift under local anesthesia. Although she had some mild-moderate swelling after the procedure, she was out in public within 3 days. Her bruising was almost nonexistent. Her after picture is about 12 months from the time of her procedure.
