Cosmetic gum plastic surgery. Recession coverage performed on upper right and left canines (##6,11). In this particular case its a very significant esthetic improvement to otherwise very long looking canines visible with a high smile line of this young lady

The patient presented with multiple gingival recessions affecting the front teeth. 
Alloderm graft was adopted to cover the exposed roots.

Patient had very high frenum and was unable to maintain proper oral hygiene in the area. Frenectomy was performed and a free gingival graft was place to cover area where frenum was released.

15 year old female treated for frenum pull.

Patient just completed orthodontics. Patients was unable to maintain good oral hygiene per lack of mucogingival coverage. A gingival graft was placed for thickness and a connective tissue graft was placed for coverage. The technique used is called a tunnel.

PT had svere recession of gums in his upper left front teeth. The post operative picture shows excellent root coverage and healthy gum tissue. The recession is no longer present and there is excellent tissue health. The procedure performed was a soft tissue graft using human allograft (Alloderm). The patient is very happy now since he does not have to hold back his smiles
