Hello, the size and shape of the anterior crowns (and veneers) depend a lot on the "pink" gingival framing. In other words, the the  size of the new set of teeth is often driven by the amount of gum tissue ("pink") available at this given moment. If the gum tissue has changed (many reasons) - the crowns can't be the same size as the original teeth in the past - because it can cause "black triangles" at the gum level. Also it's a very recommended approach to be satisfied with the provisionals (temporaries) before getting the permanent restorations (crowns, veneers) to avoid misunderstanding  and unpleasant surprises.

Good day, according to the photo provided at least two teeth do have recessions (exposed roots). If you proceed without gum grafts (various techniques available) the gum quite possibly will continue to recede above the new veneers (!) since the problem hasn’t been addressed / treated .

Good day, most likely you are referring to a small screw inside the implant (the term -‘“cover screw”). In my experience they break very rarely (never happened in my practice ). However, if removed properly - it shouldn’t have effected  the integrity of the internal thread inside the implant and the future stability of the permanent abutmtment. If the healing abutment doesn’t get loose during the current stage - should be a good indication of the favorable outcome.
