looks normal healing sequence from your description. The white material is just plaque and debris. I recommend Peridex mouthwash rinse for 10 days. 

Implants do not grow bone. I would recommend consulting a periodontist specialist on the need for bone grafting. Good luck.

In the traditional pinhole surgery collagen is placed to hold the tissue but some people use a different material instead of collagen - for example using matierials isolated from patients blood to stabilize the tissue in place.

You will need to find a periodontist or oral surgeon to remove the implants. Usually they are removed with special de torquing instrument or by bone removing around the implants until they are mobile.

The percentage of infection in oral surgery if surgeon kept clean surgical protocol is less than 5%. Therefore I would recommend to rinse with Peridex mouthwash and not to worry.
