Breast Implant Revision

This 49 year old woman was unhappy with a her breast augmentation surgery performed by a different surgeon. Her main concern was that when she would lay down, her implants would fall into her armpits. Additionally, when she was standing upright, the gap between her breasts was unusually large. Dr. Campanile replaced her saline implants with silicone gel breast implants. After her breast augmentation revision surgery, this patient’s breasts sit in a much more appropriate medial location.
