Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) in the thin patient
Here is another tummy-tuck performed on a thin patient. The result is shown at two years following the surgery. The scar is well worth it in my opinion and is an excellent trade-off for the stretch marks. This is the reason behind my philosophy of not using a "chastity panty" in my photographs: both the scar and the improvement in the esthetics of the Mons pubis should (in my opinion) be visible for prospective patients to have full disclosure. Doing otherwise (in my opinion) is a slight-of-hand. (Disclaimer: I did not perform this patient's breast augmentation).
