25-34 year old man treated with FTM Chest Masculinization Surgery

This patient had moderately large breasts with poor quality skin. Chest masculinisation (“top” surgery) was done using the “double incision” technique (mastectomy with nipple grafts) with the scars placed below the pectoralis muscle. Photos are shown at 6 months and are expected to continue to fade substantially.
