The goal of cosmetic eyelid surgery is to make the eyes appear more attractive without the hint of having anything done. The scars are hidden and invisible to the naked eye. Post 3 months results shown.

This gentleman had a significant upper eyelid skin excess bilaterally that would hang over his eyelashes.
