Lesley is 57 years old and traveled from the UK with a clear goal: to look fresher and more rested  while still looking like herself.For the upper face, I performed an endoscopic forehead lift together with an upper blepharoplasty and a temporal lift to restore a softer brow position and create a more open, refreshed eye contour. A cantopexy was also added for additional eyelid support.For the lower eyelids, I performed a lower blepharoplasty to smooth the transition between the eyelid and cheek area.To improve overall facial harmony, I performed fat grafting to selected areas to restore natural volume and support softer contours.For the face and neck, the main structural correction included an extended deep plane facelift combined with a neck lift, helping redefine the jawline and create a more elegant neck profile.For the perioral area, a lip lift was performed to restore a more youthful lip shape and balance.This comprehensive approach allowed us to achieve a result that looks natural, balanced, and refreshed  while keeping Lesley unmistakably herself.

The traditional facelift incision can often cause the temporal hairline to be further back, which can ironically make a patient appear older and unnatural; using the limited incision approach, this has not happened. The incision lines in front of her ears and behind the ears are barely visible and will continue to fade.
