This patient presented with advanced signs of facial aging. There is extensive skin laxity in the neck, significant jowls, sagging cheeks and bags under the eyes. All of these changes makes the patient look somewhat older than her stated age. Facial rejuvenation procedure included deep plane facelift, platysmaplasty, and lower blepharoplasty. Significant facial rejuvenation was achieved by tightening up excessive skin of the neck, smoothing out prominent jowls and restoring a pleasing cheek contour and eyelid shape.

This patient underwent a Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift with an Anterior hairline incision and fat transfer to multiple areas of the face.
