This 48-year-old female has just had one cc of Juvderm ultra plus injected into each of her nasal labial folds, otherwise known as a laugh lines.

45-54 year old woman treated with Juvederm

This patient did not like the appearance of her nasolabial folds.  They are moderately deep.  She had her nasolabial folds filled once before, 2 years ago, by another surgeon.  She was satissfied with her previous treatment as well as the treatment that I performed as demonstrated in the accompanying photos.  After a thourough evaluation, we choose to use 1cc of Juvederm ultra plus to correct both folds.  The after photo was taken immediately following the injection,  Therefore, the needle marks are visible but will completely dissipate within a day or two.  Bruising is certainly possible following any facial dermal filler injection.
