upper and lower Laser Blepharoplasty-Eyelid Surgery

Patient complained of tired eyes, upper eyelid hooding, puffy eyes, lower eyelid bags and wrinkled "Crepy" eyelid skin. A 4 lid Laser Blepharoplasty using a Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Incision inside the eyelid to avoid a visible lower eyelid incision, was done. In addition an Arcus Marginalis Release and Fat Grafting was done on the lower eyelid to plump the dark circle under the eyes and add volume to the upper cheek
