    This 49 year old female patient had a Facelift with Dr. Nichter to combat the early signs of aging. She was unhappy with her lower face and neck. Her surgery was performed under general anesthesia due to other procedures being performed at the same time (liposuction of the jowls and neck, upper and lower eyelid lift and fat transfer to the pre-jowls and cheek to lower eyelid region).
